This company stole my credit card information and used it around California (that's where they are located. I live in North Carolina) When I confronted them about it, they deleted and blocked me from all social media and they deleted my account. BEWARE! These guys are crooks! I will say that the product gets there fast. It took a week each time I ordered something. However, WHY steal from people that are already giving you their money?! That it not okay!
(Order *******) I bought two pairs of shoes for a wedding coming two weeks later on 6/14/19. Five days went by and no shipment. I emailed them asking what the hold up was as I wasn't sent any email or notice regarding my order other than the fact that it was placed and obviously they took my money already. I was told it'd ship by end of day. Then about two hours later I'm sent an email stating that my items were "defective" and couldn't be shipped and that I could either arrange replacements equal to the original amount or if more, I'd have to pay the difference, or get refund. Me being foolish to think I was dealing with a legitimate company, continued with getting replacements (which was no easy task). They had one the same exact pairs I bought but over twice the price. And then I browsed and saw the other same pair, same price color, and size right on the site up for purchase. They lied. I emailed them only to get a bunch of lame excuses that made no sense. Since I was desperate for the wedding was now a week away with no other options, I ended up choosing one original pair and a new pair slightly more in price and paid a difference via PayPal. It was successfully confirmed and my order was updated along with tracking. That was two weeks ago... it's been almost three weeks since I even placed the order to begin with and still no package. I emailed them asking for a refund twice since the order is obviously never going to come, and was completely ignored.Not one response... And don't even bother calling, their number is fake. This company isn't legitimate do not buy from them they'll take your money and you'll get nothing in return.

I recently ordered a pair of boots from this company. I chose the size based on their size chart. However, when I got them they were too small. I contacted them about returning or even exchanging. They informed me that I would not get my $9 shipping cost back, a charge of 15% would be taken out of the refund for restocking, and I would have to pay $7 to ship them back. My problem with this is that I wouldn't have ordered the wrong size had they provided the correct sizing information on their website.

So I ordered a few pairs of shoes as well as a couple of other things. I ordered from my work computer in which i normally place any type of online orders from my phone. Big mistake! I assumed as with any other orders I have placed at other places that I would have received a confirmation email immediately. It has been 3 days and I have yet to receive anything. I reached out to the company by email as well as phone and have not been able to get a hold of these people yet. But as you can believe, the money has been deducted from my bank account. Horrible customer service. How can you have a business but are not available to communicate with your customers? I'm seriously thinking about disputing the order with my bank and shopping ELSEWHERE!

I ordered a black dress and when I tried it on it had one arm longer than the other and the size of the top part is so disproportionate to the bottom size. I could barely squeeze in it. It looked so wrong as if it was sewed by a beginner. I tried to call them to return it and I keep getting a message that the voice mailbox is full. They are crooks and should be put out of business.
I tried placing an order for a pair of boots online, but every time I clicked the place order button I got a red screen and a warning that I may have been redirected to an illegitimate fraudulent site. I decided to call the company directly and see if other customers had experienced the same problem. I also decided it would be safer, and more convenient since I was already talking to a company representative, to place my order over the phone. I was told that the company does not take phone orders! I've heard of a company whose orders have to placed solely online. Not only that, orders can only be placed using a regular PC and not a phone or tablet! We haven't had a home PC or internet in years. We use solely our phones and notebooks, and I'm sure we're not the only household who feels a home PC with overpriced Internet service is outdated. I became a little skeptical about this company when I got the warning when trying to complete my order online, more red flags were waved after finding out they won't take orders over the phone, and I just finished reading a lot of bad reviews mainly from customers claiming their credit cards were either overcharged hundreds of dollars or the number was stolen and used to make fraudulent purchases that totaled hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars. I absolutely loved the pair of boots I was going to purchase and the price was very reasonable, but between the warning I received online and being told that they won't accept phone orders my intuition is screaming at me not to risk doing business with UrbanOG. If I get to choose, I would give NO STAR! Horrible customer service and awful products. I bought two pairs of shoes and one dress for my spring break, first they contacted me one of the shoe is no longer available, so they refunded my money and shipped the other two out. It took me almost 3 weeks to get my items. Once I got it, the quality of the clothing was so horrible, and the other shoe came with scratches all over and looked like they have been worn! Emailed and called still no answer from them. Don't shop at this website STAY AWAY!
Initially I was very pleased with the large selection of shoes Urbanog.com had. However, navigating through the website quickly became a frustrating feat. There was an option to "filter" search results; however, this did not usually work. When I would narrow my search to black, size 7 boots, the results would bring up any color and size. Because of the great prices and wide selection, I decided to stick with it and continue to search. When I would run short on time and put things in my shopping cart to review again another day, they would always be gone the next day. Finally, I sat down and decided on two pairs of boots and purchased them. In a few weeks I received the boots, which unfortunately did not fit as I hoped. I was not upset about this fact, because that's the risk of online shopping. Further frustration continued, however, when I attempted to send them back. After several personal attempts, two emails, and one phone call, I found out that one must be logged out of their website in order to go through the return process (makes perfect sense, right?). After this still did not work for me, I made my second call (the previous representative hung up on me while I tried the steps) and was cut off mid sentence to be told that they do not provide return labels for APO addresses. She told me to go ahead and send them back and at least emailed me a confirmation stating I will receive a refund. We'll see...
I purchase 2 dresses from this company which were White, after taking them out of the plastic bag and seeing that they were not made out of the best material and actually see-thru
I immediately did a return request. I sent off the return and 4 days later I receive and email stating that they issued a partial return, reason being that the dress had been Worn.
I never Wore the dress or tried it on and with a 30% restock fee this company must be out of their minds, I called the Custer Service department and I was told that the return department would have to review the item again, If they have any type of quality control they would of reviewed it when it arrived to the return department.
They almost had a customer, But with the response from customer service, I am not satisfied and I will not Shop with them again.
I bought 6 pairs of shoes as well as a pair of earrings from their website. Upon receiving the shoes 3 of the 6 were broken and the earrings also arrived broken. After calling customer service and being hung up on once they offered me in store credit, which was absolutely unacceptable. After agreeing to give me my money back, I told them I wanted to return everything for my money because I do not think their product is made of high quality, and they are charging me a $7 restocking fee for every item that I am returning that is not broken. Their customer service and products are terrible. They buy them from bulk from other countries, and are extremely poor quality. How do they not realize shoes and earrings are broken before they're shipped out, and I do not understand why they find it so hard to give me my money back after a terrible first impression.
Tip for consumers:
I would not use this site, for clothing and especially not for jewelry. Anything under $10 is also non-refundable, and anything you wish to return will consist of a $7 restocking fee if it isn't broken.
Well... I ordered a pair of over the knee boots from urbanog 8/19/13 it is now 8/24/13 I still haven't received the boots it took what seemed like forever for them to process my order and finally ship out my boots. When they finally did process my order I checked to see the status of my boots it say I ordered a color I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT chose. I still have not got the shoes so I'm hoping it is just a mistake on their part, although I have tried to contact them via e-mail still no response as of now. I'm not impressed with this site. Don't think they'll be getting my money again.
There is semen and hair all over the garment that I purchased from this company-- it was packaged as a new garment and sold as such. Order *******-- a black and white contoured maxi dress was shipped to me and packaged as a new garment, I tried it on only to discover that it was covered in semen and pubic hair!
I have requested for an owner to contact me to make sure that the individual who is ejaculating on clothing and then shipping them out like they are new be handled appropriately. The garment brushed over my entire face as I was trying it on. I now am off today-- to go to the doctor for a rash on the right side of my face and eye irritation
Tried to make a purchase with Urban OG. I was excited to see their low-cost products, and interested in their shoes. Ordered them, and after a week or two checked my tracking. According to the DHL site, my address was incomplete (despite having house number + unit, full street, direction, city, state, and zip code) and had been returned to post office. No response from DHL at all, but UOG refused to give me any kind of discount or compensation. Refused to take any kind of fault or responsibility for the situation. At this point my item is being returned to OG, as the post office doesn't hold mail, and they estimate a full month before it would even start back to me. Super disappointed in the company and the lack of customer service that I received. Cancelling my order.
Number one, the quality of the products are very cheap.
Number two, their customer service is horrible.
Number three, don't ever return items to them because they will deduct your whole credit.
Matter fact juat save yourself the time & dont order from them at ALL. Waste of $$.
One of my best friends had the displeasure of working for (and with) these bozos for a couple months. Customer service reps were not only rude to customers, but rude in general within the company. There have been numerous occassions where the reps would "seemingly" talk about customers behind their backs but still managed to get heard by customers themselves over the phone. Real smart. She quit right away needless to say. Oh, and apparently a lot of merchandise tend to be defective. Be wary of this company and shop at your own risk.
I ordered a pair of heels from here and they were the worst heels I've ever came encounter with. These shoes walked terribly to the point I had to take them off before the night was over. I even fell while walking in them. The shoes are of a very cheap quality. The shoes began to bend inward which caused me to fall. And I know it wasn't me because I've been walking in heels my whole life and have never had a situation like this! Do not buy from them!
After a purchase I made, this website stole my credit card card information to make a $700 purchase. I had to immediately close that credit card account, and I had to get another card. BE AWARE!
