I couldn't decide between a couple of standing desk brands and ultimately the quality and price point varied by very little according to online reviews and research. I ended up calling UPLIFT to ask further questions and had the chance to speak to Steven B. I really appreciated conversing with him because he didn't try to upsell me or swindle me into any extra purchases. He was authentic and really provided me advice based on his own experience with the product. Steven single-handedly won me over and I ended up purchasing a new desk that same day.
Literally the best buying experience I have ever had with any company. The customer service is beyond helpful and most importantly listen. When I first ordered the desk at the beginning of the week it put the delivery date on a Thursday. I ended up being called on site for an all day meeting where I would not be home for the delivery. I didn't want the desk and parts sitting out in the rain plus the area I lived in is probably not the best to leave packages sitting out all day on the front porch. I contacted customer service over the course of 3 days and talked to three customer service reps to have the packages delayed, David and Jennifer (unfortunately I was unable to get the name of the third person but they were just as helpful.) The packages were delayed and came on Friday which was perfect.
I'm in the middle of a move and live by myself at the old house so I was un able to build the desk on my own so I waited for help. When I was finally able to put the desk together at the new house we found the table top had a small but long crack most of the length of the table. It was passed the 7 day mark, almost 2 weeks, but when I called and talked to Krysten she not only offered to replace the table top but also to let me keep the damaged one. Then to top it off they offered me $50 off a frame from their store if the other table top is is still usable (I believe it is.) I mentioned during my explanation that I'm in the middle of a move and Krysten offered to have the desk sent to the new house with out me even asking. Thank you guys so much, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Requested that this heavy desk be left at door. It was left in mail room, meaning more money that 5'1" me would have to pay to have it delivered properly. Uplift Desk was of ZERO HELP. Returned desk immediately.
I spent more than $2000. 00 in a Chair and a Desk, the desk came damaged. They offer 15 years warranty, I inform them about the issue, they offered me several solution, and then never answer your request. Very bad service for a Item so expensive. Very bad experience.
I looked at many different adjustable desks. UpLift Desk is by far the best I found. For the price, is a value that is hard to beat. Very high quality material and worth the investment. When I received my desk, the desktop was unfortunately cracked. However, once I notified customer service, all was taken care of and a new desktop was received in a very timely manner. I ordered the acacia butcher block tabletop for my Uplift desk. The desk arrived in pristine condition and looked incredible. After a few days, I noticed a small crack in the side of the desk, but it was nothing to write home about. I then hired someone to assemble the desk, and they did it professionally. A week after this, a huge crack appeared on the side of the desk. I e-mailed customer service at Uplift, and the representative was slow at getting back to me and was extremely unhelpful and curt. Frustrated, I called the hotline at Uplift and had the absolute pleasure of working with Kayla Cunningham, who was just the person I needed to get the job done. Kayla was empathetic, kind, and understanding. She acknowledged the situation, apologized for the other representative's behavior, and remedied the issue by offering me a discounted price on an upgraded tabletop. She also helped throw in a free advanced wire management kit since the one I had used on the broken tabletop was rendered useless. To Uplift: in a market where it is extremely difficult to find top talent, please take a moment to recognize Kayla and the tremendous assets she brings to your organization. Give her the resources to continue developing and pursuing leadership roles at your company. I am an extremely busy banker on Wall Street, and this whole situation (outside of working with Kayla) was a thorn in my side. Kayla turned an unpleasant experience into a pleasant one, and ultimately, one that was worth dealing with the thorn. I am very eager to use my new desk! Thank you Kayla! Kudos to you.
Purchasing my uplift v2 from Samantha P. Was a great experience. I originally tried to order from the website, but my order required special assistance. No review of the desk as it is currently in transit with an impressive estimated delivery date. It shipped on a Friday from TX and I'm expected to get it Monday in PA. You can't beat that!
Working from home, I decided to upgrade and having a sit/stand desk that looks good and this is sturdy and wonderful. The desk is great and worth it, even if pricier than I first thought I would go. 40 hours a week at home and now my desk is the highlight of the work day. One small grommet cover was left out of the shipment (there are many add ons available) and customer Service from Krysten N was superb, she made it right very quickly!

In the last couple of years, like a lot of people, some of my work has shifted to working remotely at home. I work in media at a job that requires a lot of hours at a desk.
I was in need of a standing desk for remote work and many friends and colleagues had highly recommended the Uplift desks to me. So I was seriously considering the Uplift, but also some cheaper options.
I went to the Uplift website to have a closer look at what they offer. There were a lot of options available and at some point I reached out to them on chat with a couple of questions. I was connected with their representative, Avalon Myst, who was extremely knowledgeable about the desks and had all the answers at hand. Avalon also offered to help me with a quote for the desk with the options I was looking at and very promptly got back to me with that quote.
I decided to buy the desk and placed the order with Avalon, who turned it around extremely quickly and had the item shipped out in no time at all. This was in spite of the fact that I had messed up with a conflicting shipping address on my PayPal account, which Avalon notified me of and then corrected without delay. Then Avalon let me know that the desk was on its way.
Within 2 days of placing my order, my beautiful custom desk, with all the options, was pulling up out front in a FedEx truck.
In addition to being extremely practical, the desk is beautiful and is exactly what I was hoping for.
Avalon was attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the process – the outstanding customer service that went above and beyond made the purchase a great experience. I really appreciated that. If I were looking for a high-level employee for my company, I'd be trying to find people like Avalon.
