While you can definitely go it alone and make a purchase of any of the fantastic Uplift Desks from their website, don't do it! Why? Because you will miss out on the experience and opportunity to work with the Customer Service and Sales team members, such as Samantha P! Samantha took the time to review my checkout cart to double-check it for items I may have missed. The part that just took it over the top was when she helped apply discounts and even added items to my order that are not available when going it alone. She was extremely helpful in answering my questions - the original reason I even engaged with her - and went the extra mile with supplying me with a personal checkout link that included the work she did on my order. Samantha truly made the buying experience at Uplift a notch about online shopping! OH! Did I mention that the free shipping ended up delivering ALL of my desk the VERY next day?!?! Next day delivery bonus! Thank you Samantha and Uplift for a great buying experience! On to setting up my desk and working from it!
First: These desks are built differently than the stuff you see at IKEA etc. Everything feels solid and well-made.

I ordered an uplift desk after being referred by someone I trusted. The Uplift Desk website was very helpful, but I still had a few questions, mainly around shipping that I spoke with a customer service representative about, Sam C. She was so helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that my new desk would arrive asap, without it arriving before I actually got into my new apartment. She really went above and beyond, and right before a holiday weekend no less. Overall great experience, but the thing that pushed me over the top was my interaction with Sam C.

I had to get a standing desk for working from home since I was unable to be in office to use the ones provided there. It didn't take much research to figure out that these were the best out there, and I also had already been recommended these before by a coworker. UI on the site was easy to use, and I ended up getting a 60"x30" solid bamboo desktop. There were a couple of slip ups on the fault of the shipping carrier, however UPLIFT's customer service rep, Avalon Myst, was incredibly helpful and great to deal with. She worked with me to resolve the issues that came up.
Many thanks for the awesome customer service from Avalon Myst! My UpliftDesk was stuck in the raised position and through the online chat she (very patiently) helped me try to reset the controller. When that didn't work she quickly located my original purchase information and had me send a few photos so the warranty team could step in. Less than 48 hours later I had new parts and a fully functioning desk. I could not be more pleased with the excellent customer care from Avalon and top quality products from Uplift Desk.

I had a problem with my locking mechanism where it would no longer engage. I reached out to Uplift Desk and dealt with Danielle Breed. She was so very helpful. We exchanged a couple emails, I sent over proof of what the problem was, and her and the warranty team sent out a brand-new chair within two days. I am so pleased with how this company backed up their warranty without any hassle.

Julian Lanza provided great customer service on my inquiry. When I received the Birch Butcher Block Tabletop for my Uplift desk it was packaged with corner protection and foam, but the bottom left corner had some slight scuffs and the top finished layer was kind of scraped off when I opened the package. Everything else on the tabletop was in great condition. I reached out to Uplift Desk's customer service immediately and Julian Lanza helped me by providing a resolution. He was very professional, attentive, and helpful. Thank you, Julian for all of your help.
After researching standing desks for my home office, I went with Uplift for my order in January 2022. The ordering process on the website was very easy - the breadth of options and customizations on Uplift desks were way more extensive than any other company out there! I ordered the Narrow v2 Desk with a solid wood top. My items shipped quickly and arrived well packaged and on time. Where Uplift really shined was when I contacted them due to some small physical blemishes on my desktop. Steven B. Was the CSR that handled my emails and he was great to work with. Steven was super responsive and empathetic to my inquiries. I acknowledged that the blemish was small but he never dismissed my concerns. He worked with me to identify some options (eg. Ways I could try to buff it myself, or send it back, or figure out a credit) and I was very satisfied with the way we were able to resolve the issue. Working with Steven really made my experience with Uplift great: I already was very happy with the desk, and am now also very happy with Uplift as a company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Uplift to anyone looking for a new standing desk!
I ordered a desk and some accessories from UPLIFT desk. Everything came on time except for one item. I worked with the customer service, specifically Sam C and she helped me get everything straightened out and taken care of. Then, working with Sam I ended up ordering a chair also. Sam C provided excellent customer service and was very helpful. She was professional, patient, and a delight to work with. She represents this company well. The desk itself is a great desk. IT took a few hours to put together, and the top was very heavy (took two people to work with it) but it was worth it. The desk is very quiet moving up and down, seems very sturdy, and is made of high quality materials.
We ordered some desk tops that, once we installed them, realized were not big enough. Avalon at Uplift Desk was extremely helpful through the Chat and quickly set me up with new tops that will work perfect with our space. She also let me know the return process, which seems to be very easy.
Overall, great customer service, very fast communication that was extremely effective and efficient, and quick resolution to the issue that we had.
I recently ordered a second uplift desk to create a second home office. I accidentally ordered the wrong frame and fedex managed to dent the desktop. Steven Bostic helped send me a new desktop at no cost and facilitated a return of the wrong frame with new one shipped out the same day. I am so impressed with the customer service and love this V2 desk.

We ordered our third Uplift Desk for our family in February. We waited to open our desk until last week and found the table top was damaged. Our mistake for not opening the package when it arrived in February. We called Uplift right away and spoke to Steven Bostic who is a Sales & Customer Service Associate. He was such a big help and advocate to help us solve our problem. Not only did Uplift offer to replace the damaged table top at no charge, Steve suggested we put the desk together so we could use it until the new top arrives. We are so happy with the quality of the Uplift desk as well as their customer service. Thank you and great company!

I purchased the Crescent Saddle Stool (along with many other things), and in my excitement upon it's arrival, I assembled the stool immediately without reading the instructions. I ended up forgetting a piece, and getting the cylinder of the stool stuck in the seat (the piece I forgot goes between the two...)
Anyway, I gave Uplift a call and Kianna answered the phone, and she was a great help giving me advice on how to dislodge the cylinder from the seat of the stool. I couldn't dislodge the cylinder while on the phone, so she followed up via email with a detailed set of instructions - and it worked!
So now I'm happily sitting on the stool writing this review, thank you Kianna!
Steve Bostic in customer service help me get a defected desk top replaced within minutes of me calling. 5 stars for Steve 4 stars for uplift for shipping a defected desk but replacing the top with no hassle.
