We ordered a new Uplift desk for my office, the overall experience was great with exception of the desktop being damaged. Hayley with Customer Support however, was amazing, she helped us get the issue resolved, stayed in contact with me the whole time and really showed us that Uplift cares about its customers. She is the reason we decided to purchase a second desk for my wife's office as well.

I have had my Uplift Desk for about two years. When I was looking into purchasing the desk, Customer Service was excellent. I recently ran into a problem where I needed to reset the power cycle. I called Uplift Desk and spoke with Danielle Breed. She walked me through the reset cycle with success. Danielle was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Uplift Desk for their product and great Customer Service.

Great Standing Desk and Customer Service

Desk works and looks great. Not too hard to assemble and all pieces have a solid quality. Customer Service Rep, Avalon Myst, was also very helpful when I ordered the wrong size desk and needed an exchange.

First of all, this company has the best customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered the uplift stool and upon delivery there was a downpour, and the box was disintegrated and the chair soaking wet. I immediately called the company and spoke with Kayla Cunningham who was so kind, PATIENT (I was upset!) and understanding. She had another sent to me right away and as I write this, I am sitting on it. This is the perfect stool for me. Ultra-comfortable and stable. It allows me sit with my legs at different angles to relieve my hip pain. It is the perfect chair for me! In addition to sending me another chair she allowed to keep the wet one and not hassle with returning it. Best customer service! Thank you. I highly recommend this company and their product's.

Great Desk and Great Customer Support

I recently bought their standing desk with the c-commercial frame. First impressions have been great so far. Very sturdy and the height changing works very nicely. Not the hardest thing to build given how well it works, although I would take the recommendation to build with two people very seriously. Not only for putting the desk rightside-up, but for screwing in a heavy metal beam while needing to hold it up.

Their customer support has been fantastic the whole way through. I worked with Kianna to get specific options the website wasn't giving, like having it delivered on a certain day, and helping with shipping address problems I ended up having. I also spoke to Marianne who was able to quickly assist me with an issue I had with building the desk. Overall great company and great product!

I had ordered 2 desks from uplift desk. One of the desk came slightly damaged. I was a bit frustrated at first until I was treated with excellent customer service from Steven Bostic. I absolutely recommend this company if you are looking for a nice office desk.

I recently ordered two UPLIFT desks for my business, upgrading from a single plastic foldable picnic table. Everything was fine except the 2nd top came cracked. I contact customer support and Marianne was amazing, after providing photos of the damage she promptly got another top shipped.

I'm giving UPLIFT 5 stars (although the packaging for the accessories could use some work), but I'm giving Marianne 10 stars for incredible customer support. That type of service is why I'll be a return customer in the future, without considering anyone else.

I ordered a stand up desk from Uplift Desk. Once I received it in the mail I realized the desk was going to be bigger than I could handle. Avalon at customer service was able to get my return set up quickly and put together an order for me to place at my convenience for a smaller desktop. Very helpful!

I've been shopping around for a standing desk for the last few months and have exhaustively researched all of my options. I decided that the uplift 24" x 48" bamboo V2 commercial desk from Uplift was the best combination of quality materials and construction, reasonable price, long warranty, and customizability. I called to get some questions answered and got a lot of help from Hayley. She was very friendly and professional, and was able to answer all of my questions and offer useful insights. She was very accommodating and made the whole process much faster, smoother, easier, and less stressful than I would have expected to be possible when making a large purchase of a highly customized piece of furniture. I ordered a desk with attachments and forgot to add a laptop arm. I connected with the service team and they helped me order it as a separate item. On the website it's part of a package…for which I already had a part of it. So instead of returning it service provided a separate order for me! I worked with Steve who was amazing!

I went through customer support via Uplift's website. Avalon was able to quickly help me and get my replacement sent out, after verifying some photos I took with Fedex damaged my package. This quick response has been extremely helpful and will allow me to build out my office as soon as possible despite the hiccup! The desks I've gotten so far have been super solid and high build quality. Thank you Avalon and Uplift!
