Wobble no more

I had an issue with my uplift v2 wobbling with my 49 inch monitor. I went to Uplift's chat, the agent (Avalon Myst Reese-Aceves) was extremely courteous, responsive, and professional. She provided me with immediate suggestions and emailed me a great guide. The guide highlighted several areas of bolts I didn't even know I needed to check or tighten. Tightening it in those areas reduced the wobble significantly. Thanks Avalon!

My ordered arrived very quickly and the instructions for putting the desk together were excellent and easy to follow. I especially appreciate that all of the little bolts and screws were sealed in separate plastic compartments and labeled, to eliminate confusion at each step.

When I discovered that two accessories in my order weren't in the shipment, as well as when I discovered that one of the "upgrades" I purchased wasn't actually necessary, Steven Bostic in customer service was a dream to work with. He was courteous and helpful, able to answer my questions, and get me quickly set up with a call tag, a credit, and a replacement to take care of the three minor issues with my order.

The desk itself has already been a game changer in the three days I've had it and I look forward to improving my balance with the balance rocker.

I give this company 5 stars for their outstanding customer services. I ordered a charging cord for my uplift Swell Mouse. When I received it the cord was showing the electrical cord wires. I contacted customer service chat and was assisted by someone and they were to contact me. I also reached out to Danielle Breed who I placed my original order and provided her a picture she was able to get my replacement out and should be getting it by Monday. As stated this was great customer service.

Had an issue with the site that got resolved FAST

I had a payment issue with my online order, but when I called customer support, Steven B helped me out. Steven was EXTREMELY helpful in fielding my tech/website glitch, and not only found a way to help me get my order processed, he got me an even LARGER discount for the minimal hassle I had experienced. He also contacted a few different departments to make sure I had answers to all different sorts of questions (billing, warrantee, parts, etc). He took the time to help me make decisions on which add-ons to purchase, and walked me through the process to turn me into an informed buyer. When deciding on a desk, I highly recommend calling someone at Uplift to help you understand which selections you are making. Steven and the other reps seem to give honest and helpful feedback. Thank you again for turning what could have been a bad experience into one that leaves me thankful!

About two years ago, I ordered an ergonomic kneeling chair online, and it's been great for the price tag. I would rebuy it, for sure. Also, they have excellent customer support. Shout-out to Avalon Myst of customer service, who kindly helped me address a warranty issue and sent over a new chair in no time.

Great product and great service

A friend of mine purchased two desks from UpLiftDesk for his own business and after two years of use, I decided that I would give it a try. He gave me a copy of his invoice and I started browsing their website. With so many options available there, I gave them a call and I couldn't be luckier.
Mr. Bostic made the whole purchase so easy for me! Very professional and knowledgeable about the business, he guided me through the choices and saved me some money along the way. He followed through with the process from beginning to end and his service was excellent. He will definitely be our point of contact for future purchases.
Great product and great service. Very recommended.

Fantastic customer service and support!

I had issues with the tilt of my brand new Range Dual Monitor Arm. On 8/15/22, I contacted Uplift Customer support via their online chat asking for help to adjust the tilt on the monitor. Avalon Myst was the support rep that helped me. She was super friendly and personable, and made my experience pleasant. After sending me guides and trying to help troubleshoot it, she determined it was best for her to contact the warranty department. The next day, I got a shipping notification that a new part was being sent and received the new part about two days later. It took less than a week for my issue to be resolved. I am one very happy customer!

Desk top arrived damaged though I think it's Fedex. Danielle Breed was super quick and helpful with addressing the issue very quickly and offering options. Still very happy with the experience and the desk. Shipping was extremely fast.

I never write reviews for products but I felt compelled to for the outstanding quality and customer service of Uplift.

I was able to fully customize my desk on Uplift's easy to use website. The customizing process was simple and straightforward and offered a ton of features and options. The ordering process was simple and the price point for the quality received was very good. Yes it's more expensive than knock-down or ikea desk, but well worth it for the quality.

The shipping was fast, even for the custom top that I ordered.
The packaging was extremely well thought out. Too often, ordering something large or heavy online will result in a dinged or damaged product. The main pieces had double layer corrugation with additional air gap and foam around them. The corners were very will protected by extra thick cardboard. These could certainly survive even the roughest of deliveries.

The assembly was time consuming which is the only negative, however it is probably the most sturdy piece of furniture that I own. It's certainly the sturdiest thing I've ever assembled out of a box. It was well worth the time it took. The instructions were thorough and easy to follow. It wasn't difficult to assemble, it just took some time.

After completing my desk, found myself wanting a few more accessories for cable management. Specifically I wanted acoustic side panels for behind my monitor. However the website didn't sell the side panels without the main panel. I connected with the chat bot on a Saturday expecting to 'talk' to a robot. I was delighted and surprised when I was greeted with a real person, Danielle Breed, who gave me a custom quote for the pieced that I needed! Danielle sent the quote to my email and even followed up with me personally to confirm a billing item and then to provide tracking.

My desk is all set up now and I couldn't be happier! I really did not expect to love an office furniture company so much but Uplift consistently went above and beyond in every way. I would recommend an Uplift Desk to anyone looking for a desk.

Great desk and even better customer service!

I recently moved into a new house and was looking for a durable desk at an affordable price point. I hadn't heard of UpLift previously but am very glad I found them. I was able to design the exact desk I wanted with my specific measurements to make a L-shaped desk. When the desk arrived, the table tops were heavy, which i loved since it meant the desk would be durable. Assembly took a bit but I had no trouble putting it together in an hour with the help of a friend. I have been using it a couple weeks now and have no complaints. It looks like a very high end desk and motor works flawlessly. I couldn't be happier with the product. They are even running a promo with some free accessories that make my set up even better.

Additionally, I do want to call out the great customer service, specifically Avalon who helped me throughout my process. I had not yet closed on my house yet and had to push the shipping date multiple times. She was always glad to help, even after the 4th time I had to reschedule. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I had a very pleasant experience with the company and would look to purchase another desk for my child in the future. Thank you Avalon!

I ordered the wrong desktop for my new Uplift desk online, which was more expensive and resulted in a shipping delay. I phoned customer service at Uplift and spoke to Danielle Breed - she got me sorted out in no time, hassle free. And my new desk should be arriving within days. In today's day and age, to get a thoughtful human being on the phone with judgement and common sense is priceless. Very satisfied.

Great Support

I have had my uplift desk for 5 years. The other day the control box malfunctioned. This was this Monday. I have a replacement coming that will arrive Friday. Avalon made the process very easy and hopefully I don't need to call support anytime soon if they are all like Avalon it will be a pleasure.

I've used Uplift a number of times now and am beyond satisfied with both the product and the experience. Most recently I ran into an issue with a desk that didn't quite match the color of a previous order and needed to make a return. Their support team was incredible, especially my point of contact Avalon Myst Reese. They help me sort out shipping, packaging, got me to the right place to arrange pickup; it was an amazing experience from start to finish.

Great quality product & customer service

I'm using both Autonomous' standing desk and Uplift's standing desks. Uplift's desks have higher quality desks and their logistic team works really fast, but shipment company broke item or made delays.
Thus I had to contact customer service multiple times. Every time I contact them, they do make movement to solve issue quickly and smoothly. So, I will buy my next desk at Uplift again!

She solved my issue expediently and was able to put my order through on her end with no problems at all, simply grabbing the items that were already in my cart. I did a bunch of research on several sit/stand desks and chose Uplift for a variety of reasons. I also loved the ability to customize color, size, and add-ons (and they give you free ones!). The desk was a dream to set up - great instructions, no problem at all. About 2 months in, I had an issue where the power cord was yanked out under the desk by my rambunctious puppy and I was unable to get the desk moving again. I sent an email and in less than 24 hours, Lucy Stevens ( Sales & Customer Service Specialist) wrote back with a few things to try (and a promise to help out if none of them worked). Luckily, one of them worked and everything is great. Great customer service and very cool desk.

I spoke with Upliftdesks customer service and I did not leave that interaction disappointed. Unfortunately my desktop came damaged but Samantha and Upliftdesk straightened that out for me, she got the ball rolling on a replacement being sent right away. World class customer support.
