I ordered my desk after over a week of consideration for the size, features, and design. It shipped very quickly (came from TX to CA in 4 days). However, there was a large chip on the front of my wooden desk which aligned to a hole in the box. Fortunately, I had a fantastic case rep, Avalon, who took care of the issue and shipped a new desktop for me right away. Unfortunately, that desktop also had a dent in the box and in the wooden desktop, though much smaller this time. I decided ultimately to keep this new desktop to avoid the hassle of another replacement, though Avalon was again super helpful in giving me options for the inconvenience.
Ultimately, I'm very pleased with my desk. The only thing keeping this from being five stars is the issues with damage. Why there is no protective padding between the wood desktop and the single piece of cardboard it is shipped in is beyond me for a $1000 investment. However, I still consider this desk to be worth the money even aside from that. Build quality of the legs and motors appears excellent, and the entire setup has a very professional look.
I bought a standing desk from Uplift Desk a year and a half ago. Such great construction, and standing while at my desk 10 hours a day makes all the difference. Uplift Desks really, really does stand behind their product as well. I had a problem on the base of a chair from them... I had the replacement product 2 days later, free of charge. And their techs, especially Anthony Tipton were so helpful with videos and quick support. Honestly, out of the thousands of companies I have done business with in my life, Uplift Desk has to be in the top 5. Such good products and even better service.

Who would have thought a piece of furniture could change their life - but in this remote world this one did! I cannot tell you what a difference it has made to have my desk "fit" me. The first year of remote work I bounced between counters, kitchen tables and bad desks. That actually began to manifest itself in to physical pain and muscle spasms in neck and shoulders. Now I am properly sitting, with my hands and arms in the proper position, or standing on my wobble board or walking on my treadmill - a minor adjustment to the desk ensures that my monitors are at eye level and I am comfortable and working ergonomically. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! From my first call to ask for help in selecting the right desk and components to the follow up customer service. I cannot say enough good things about Uplift Desks! I work between my home in DC and CA and I may need to upgrade the CA Location too to ensure the same level of comfort! There is no doubt in my mind that this desk may be the best thing I have ever done for me!

Was a HUGE help in assisting me with finding a way to get what I wanted/needed and did so at a price range my company could tolerate. He was extremely responsive and clearly knows the Uplift offerings very well. He was a pleasure to work with and I'd gladly recommend him to my friends and family! I'd gladly work with him again! Since I've gone fully remote, I wanted to upgrade my uplift desk with more accessories that would help me be more ergonomic and also be adjustable for my partner to use since we share the space. I'm so happy with the Uplift desk I have, I wanted to stick with their brand. I called to ask a bunch of questions. Keyaira, the rep who helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me tailor accessories to meet the very specific needs I have. The phone call was way better and personalized than onsite chat services, I got through to her right away, and she even made completing my order online easy. Best of both worlds. I highly recommend working with an Uplift Desk rep if you have any hesitations or questions.
Everyone on my friends list I am sure is aware of my desk fiasco. A year and 4 months before finally getting my top to my stand-up desk.
I have to say; UPLIFT DESK, out of Texas, which is where I got it from by seeing it on FB; THEY ARE A STAND-UP company.
They first told me I had to buy a temporary desk top while I waited for the Pheasant Wood top I had ordered a year ago in July. That was in November last year.
In January? They refunded that money to me; with deepest apologies because of the continued delays.
I finally got my desk top about 2-3 weeks ago. Wanted to order some under desk cabinets. They gave me a $250 credit towards one, I bought the 2nd one to put on each end; and they gave me a 25 year warranty starting on the delivery date of my cabinets.
If you're looking into a STAND-UP desk for your home or office? I cannot speak more highly of this company.

My uplift desk that I love was not working because the control box I thought died. I reached out this morning to see about express mailing a replacement and was shepherded through the reset and calibration process with the a very knowledgeable and calm helpful chat person Avalon Myst (cool name too). I was calmly guided through the steps and got my desk functioning again and made it possible for me to start my new project today without any hick ups. If I ever have issues again with my desk, I hope to get Avalon's guidance. They were Mission Control to my Apollo 13. Avalon got me home.
My black bamboo desk top was damaged in transit and Steven Bostic helped me get a new one free of charge. I love the desk so far, it's really sturdy and sharp looking.

I chatted with Avalon twice today. 1st it was so nice to have an actual person and not a computer response. Next Avalon was very helpful with making my choices for the monitor arms. After I received the estimate I wanted to upgrade the desk converter to a larger model and change the color of the desk and monitor arms to white. I simply started a chat again and was lucky enough to get Avalon. She quickly made the changes and I had a new estimate in no time. I made easily made the purchase and I am super excited to receive my desk and accessories. Avalon made everything so easy, I hope to do business with her and your company again in the near future.

I called Uplift customer support and was greeted with the warm and friendly voice of Uplift customer service specialist Danielle Breed who quickly eased my concerns. She walked me through options, and within minutes she offered me a resolution with promises of a fast turnaround time.
Following some prompt email follow-up, she had the replacement parts shipped to me within a day. Danielle provided an elevated level of care and attention to detail: a refreshing change from the usual quality of customer support that often feels like an afterthought, at best. But I could tell Danielle genuinely cared about my experience as an Uplift customer. I haven't received my desk yet, but I would recommend Uplift Desk based solely on their outstanding level of customer support! Uplift chair is comfortable, adjustable and sturdy but few days ago I managed to drop it on the floor and break the headrest. I got in touch with Uplift support and within days they shipped me a replacement part which I easily installed. I am very happy with Uplift product and customer service. Their representative - Avalon Myst Reece - was helpful and a pleasure to deal with! Now I need to buy the desk :)
