Very helpful and kind

Ordered by my desk a while ago and recently part of the mount for my laptop attachment broke. I emailed Uplift to get it resolved and they immediately sent me a piece. It was, unfortunately, the wrong piece but when I brought that up they immediately sent the right piece. All in all, I am very happy with the responsiveness and helpfulness of Uplift.

I ordered my new desk in February and received it within about a week. Just assembed this last weekend, and I already love it! The instructions and parts were thoughtfully prepared and easy to assemble, and I am happy to have purchased from a USA company. One of the parts arrived damaged, but a quick call to Marianne in Customer Service resolved it. I am so happy I found this company!

Awesome Quality Awesome Service

I ordered a 60"x30" standing desk and an 80"x30" sitting-height table. The boxes had pretty significant-looking damage when they arrived from FedEx. There was a fist-sized hole punched right into the center of one of them. However, upon opening, the packing proved to be much more resilient. Not a scratch in the middle of the table. One of the corners of the box the desk came in was crushed. The desk itself had minor scuffing in the corner and was slightly off square. I contacted UPLIFT via the chat on their website and talked with Samantha Cobb, who was very helpful. She gave me some options for resolution and I decided on a $150 credit, since I had already ordered even more accessories for these awesome desks. Overall, my experience with UPLIFT Desk has been excellent. The desks are great and the service is exemplary.

I recently had a special request for a custom product from this site and called to inquire. While my request wasn't possible the sales representative Avalon went out of her way to check and communicate back with me quickly and efficiently.

More importantly, she was eager to help me and extraordinarily kind. No doubt the company should recognize her skills and promote her quickly. She will be a wonderful employee and asset to an organization!

Quality desk

I bought a V2 commercial desk with a whiteboard. It is a great mix of an actual desk and a whiteboard, where it doesn't have the flimsy feel of a whiteboard or the cheap quality of whiteboards. Once it's all setup it is STURDY, even at tall heights. The delivery was the next day or two, super fast.
I had bought an extra advanced management kit, but it's really not necessary with the stuff the desk comes with already. Avalon from their customer service was super helpful and made it really easy to refund the kit.

I have ordered two desks from uplift and both times experience has been great! In my most recent purchase, an item from my shipment was damaged and Danielle was awesome in fixing the situation and getting my a replacement in a timely manner.

What stands out about uplift besides the service is their build quality. I have had other standing desks in the past and even the "non-wobbly" version of other companies doesn't come close to the stability of the base models from uplift. Also the size/color options make it easy to fit your desk into any office design.

Great company!

Solid desk and solid customer service

I ordered a 60x30 standing desk with a rubberwood top. Everything shipped quickly, but the desktop arrived with a large crack in the wood. I contacted Uplift Desk Support, and the very next business day Avalon was able to set me up with a replacement desktop. I received it by the end of the week -- this time it arrived perfect. After finally setting up the desk I am very pleased with the quality, stability, and ease of assembly.

10/10 would buy again. Uplift is certainly pricier than the competition, but I have no qualms paying the premium for a quality desk and quality customer service. Thanks Uplift and Avalon!

Gorgeous desks, amazing customer service

I ordered a standing desk with Pheasantwood top about a year ago. It's been a huge help in my WFH, and looks really stylish in my office.
Recently I noticed a crack developing, and contacted Uplift. Their customer service (thanks Danielle Breed!) is amazing, and arranged to have a new desktop sent out to me. I'm really appreciative, and makes me feel very comfortable recommending Uplift to others.

Excellent Customer Service

I recently inquired with Uplift Desks over the phone, an extremely helpful person answered my call, Julian Lanza, from their Austin location. Julian helped me over the phone first, answering my questions with a cheerful attitude and obvious knowledge of the product and ordering specifics. We then emailed about the exact desk and accessories I wanted to order. Julian put together the quote and gave me the timeline for shipping (which was my original question). The process was extremely seamless and easy. I had my desk, which I know will be amazing, ordered within minutes all with the help of Julian's expertise and finesse. I had done tons of research about which standing desk I wanted for my WFH office, time and again Uplift has been at the top of ratings. My delightful interaction with Julian sealed the deal. I cannot wait for it to arrive. Further review of the actual desk and set up coming.

Great Desks, Even Better Customer Service

I've used an assortment of standing desks since 2014 and bought my Uplift Desk in 2019. I've loved the desk and had no issues until with no warning, it stopped standing and lowered all the way down. I went to the Uplift site and found some helpful troubleshooting I was able to walk through but kept receiving the same error message. I called in and promptly got connected with Steven, who was able to handle the issue quickly and pleasantly. He explained everything they would need from me and emailed me with examples of the pictures they would need to proceed with the warranty claim. His handling of my situation was top notch and exactly what you hope for as an Uplift customer, or a customer of any business for that matter

Yes, I AM one of those people that never write reviews, ever. But when something stands out like this situation, I'm certainly compelled to go the extra step, take my time and bring a situation to light. I own a business called goBusiness, a work from home marketing company. I've purchased a lot from UpLift - LOVE LOVE their desks. But had one desk come to me with a split in the desktop wood. Not good. I called and got a hold of a customer service rep (I'm going to do him a favor and he will remain nameless) and he said sure I'll take care of it and get a hold of me via email if you need anything. NOTHING happened - emailed him, nothing. I was considering the "other" desk company, which I won't mention here (due to Kellys help) Frustrated I called again and got a hold of Kelly... I couldn't believe his attitude, authentic kindness and efficiency with which he handled my issue. UNREAL! He apologized and was so kind and helpful - he fully restored my faith in UpLifts company and service. He literally got the order out that minute while on the call! He even offered his direct phone for anything that I may need. Bam, that went right in my address book! Hey, if you ever need help at Uplift get Kelly Anderson on the phone. He literally is the guy who should be running and training the customer service team. Thank you Kelly for helping me get this straightened out, it was so important to me. Funny thing is, I'm looking at another desk and I'll be sticking with UpLift because of Kelly. ;)
