I removed 1 star because we had a bit of a misunderstanding at first.
Their customer service helped me a lot sorting out the misunderstanding with the hotel reservation.
I didn't make the trip yet but it seems that everything is sorted for now.
My experience will be decisive regarding a possible extra star.

I click membership access. Imputed required info... got three named hotels ( in the 3 star categories. Not as advertised) then selected Waikiki Resort Hotel. But was not able to proceed and complete the booking.
I requested help from support assistance. To confirm booking at this hotel but have not received any reply to this date. Instead got " unsold.com website is temporarily UNAVAILABLE at this time". Please help!

Some initial problems reflecting new corporate website but very quickly and easily resolved with excellent (+) customer service. They really are there to help. The price was great and 24 month booking window is much better and more flexible than other providers.

I just stumbled onto this website. Manage to book 7 nights in Maldives for a little over $400. Have not booked the date or hotel yet but if this works out then I will be using Unsold a lot more often.

Need to cancel my booking because all weekend dates are blocked, which was not stated in offer. Cannot get in touch with anyone. No phone number to call and live chat keeps telling me someone will contact me via email for the last three days.

5 Stars for "how would you rate your overall value so far?" I purchased from an ad in a game. This is taking a huge chance as there was little reason to trust this company with my info. If they had PayPal, I would have trusted it more.

Just booked a week in Orlando. Not sure what hotel Unsold has selected but will give an update when my travel to Orlando and experience ends. Looking forward to this first time booking with Unsold.com since I was told by others to stay away from but want to experience it myself!

Looking for something on sunshine coast for a few days in winter and thought I would try this and see if it works out. Only putting toe in the water at this stage yet to be proven they may make 5 stars.

I have previously bought the Singapore deal and was going to use it this month. Sadly government restrictions suddenly cancelled my trip. Unsold.com staff were extremely helpful and reinstated my booking. Also the value is fantastic.

I would like to give a shout out to the customer review team that handled my claim entitled "weekend fiasco". Due to circumstances beyond their control, we drove 250 miles to our destination only to find the hotel was closed for 2 weeks due to hurricane damage; no beach hotels were available from Gulf Shores to Panama City. After contacting customer service we were reimbursed our expenses for the night and mileage. I will be using Unsold.com again after this experience and highly recommend them.

Based on the 4 star property rating at a destination that I would love to visit! Byron Bay is a high end holiday location and the last time I was there was 23 years ago when I was 8 months pregnant with my youngest daughter parked under a tree watching my husband walk off in the distance with my eldest daughter along a famous stretch of gorgeous beach! The price of the property also clinched the deal for me. Thank you Unsold.com what a phenomenal product you're offering to customers. You made my choice so easy!

After seeing the deal there was no excuse not to take advantage of the opportunity. We are now locked in and only have to arrange all the activities... accommodation is booked... and at a 4 Star hotel. How good!

We bought an unsold voucher for Cairns and Port Douglas. We had no idea what to expect. We couldn't get in on a friday/Saturday night however that did not deter us.
Port Douglas were choices of Mantra or Wyndham Ramada which we chose. We upgraded to a pool view for a few dollars extra a night. We were very happy with our choice of hotel and room. The pool area was like a lagoon and had a swim up bar. Guests were saying food was good but they were closed on a Tuesday and Wednesday so we did not get to try.
A little out of town but a shuttle service runs for $8 return. Only a couple minutes walk to 4 mile Beach where you could walk to town in about half hour.
In Cairns we also had choice of a few places but we chose Southern Cross Apartments which were also nice and equipped with a self catered kitchen except for oven. Was near to shopping centre and restaurants but a 15 minute walk from the esplanade.
Overall very happy with our experience using unsold vouchers.

It asks "How would you rate the overall value so far?" - well, I just bought it, haven't picked dates or anything, so it's really too early to evaluate... we'll see how it goes sometime in the next 24 months!

I purchased an unsold vacation to Banff and used it over the summer. I was extremely impressed with my hotel choices and the ease of booking. The price you pay is the total price; there are no extra added taxes or charges and I loved that as well.

Price point. However, I hope this offer lives up to the standard that you suggest in your advertisement. I will be happy to give a full and fair review of my trip after I experience Paris through your service. I have and continue to travel the world.
