We have paid for 8 nights accommodation and have only been credited with 4 nights. When I contacted Unsold I was asked to provide proof of payment from our credit card which i did immediately. That was over 2 weeks ago and still no response or adjustment to our credit card.
Taking a chance, $365 Canadian is not that big a risk. If this pans out with a decent hotel somewhere not too far off the beaten path in Paris we will be more than happy. Looking forward to celebrating my 70th in Paris in 2022!
I am from Brazil but I live in Ontario for 16 yrs. I am a single mommy with two Fantastic boys of 6 and 4 years old. I want to give the opportunity to them to experience the France Culture as well... Thanks to this I will be able to provide them everything and in a very comfortable away... Better than in my dreams.

We checked the available dates we wanted and they were available. Once money paid you then have to check dates again only to find that the requested dates are not available. The nearest date was a week after our requested date. Now trying to get a refund. Very deceptive. Do not recommend, unless you really don't care when you want to go.
In a positive note, Unsold called within minutes of my complaint. They apologised and offered a full refund. They also agreed that there was a problem with my booking and the dates I had requested were not available. They said they were hoping to improve their website and booking process.

I never got to actually book a time or date. You have to buy first and there may not be anything available. I feel like this is extremely sketchy and big time feel like I am getting ripped off. I thought there would be a second page to pick my dates but no. Very sneaky and misleading. I don; t recommend this to anyone

An extra not noted $19 fee popped up up AFTER payment and did even get a chance to see what it was cause if this survey!? Then ive been reading in reveiws hotels add their own fee when u get there... also not noted and you dont see ur policy concerning all this till after payment! Hats off to ur marketing team
I wanted to book for 4 adults but it would only let me book for 2 adults and 2 children with no other options despite me filling in the boxes for 4 people. Not very user friendly in that aspect so I'm still not even sure what I have booked.
I just recently bought one of their Dubai packages. I never been to Dubai and the price on Unsold was lower than all the other sites i researched on Trivago. I am waiting until it cools down there and the coronavirus situation is under control as right now you cant beat the airfare deals on Emirates.
Ive booked three hotels before with Unsold and never had any issues. Now with Covid-19 we had to cancel our Orlando vacation due to the travel restrictions in April. The customer service support was very helpful and we were refunded. Once Disney is open we plan to use them again.
Never heard of this place but seen reviews of similar pages doing the same thing saying they're legit. Sondespite my situation I will give this a try seeing as though my passport will come in in time. I do plan on going to Japan so I may not book for a while after this so I can save
I had a great experience with a refund as we were forced to change our destination. Unsold refunded us fully and allowed the change. So far, a fantastic experience using this site. Considering the great deals, it's impressive!
After I booked, I called the hotel and they confirmed there is a booking under my name. But then few days after, I have called again and they said my booking is no longer there. Nothing under my name. I tried to contact unsold.com to ask, no reply. I tried to cancel on the website. NOT POSSIBLE. Now I lost my vacation.
18 months ago my cruise ship could not make port in Santorini due to high winds and strong running tide. I did some archeology on the island 50 years ago and have always wanted to return. Thwarted 18 months ago, I figure this is an opportune moment and the deal was great.
Price. I visited Japan with my brother three years ago, stayed in relatively low class accommodations, and paid more than you are offering. I look forward to visiting Kyoto, a city I lived in as a young adult, and my favorite city in all of Japan.
Very disappointed. Paid an additional 329.00 when I left for resort fees and parking. I noticed the parking fee and discussed it upon arrival, but I didn't see the daily resort fee. Neither the hotel or Unsold made me aware that either fees existed. As sated above I myself noticed the parking fee. Too much for a room without a microwave or tub.

I had a wonderful experience with Unsold guys. I paid for a 3-star hotel. 2 days later I got an email saying the hotel was closed and moved us to a 5 star for the same price - very happy.
We got the best hotel deal for Las Vegas. We have used Hotwire in the past and this was similar but I was more happy with the savings and quality. Was nice to have the pool, but I would have loved a hot tub to relax muscles after walking in the city. Mark at the hotel bar had a great personality and was very welcoming. Hotel was clean and the concierge service was phenomenal. Hotel was clean and upscale. Valet was on spot. Free breakfast was good enough. Customer support agent John is perfect. He helped in a rush situation and did his best. I'm super satisfied, 5/5.

Regular ponzy scheme. Now they're opening similar websites with a slightly different frontend theme (https://redeemvacations.com/). The problem is once they get to their goal they just shut the website down and you can't use your vouchers anymore. If you had a booking at that time, they're cancelled. It's easy to understand.
I lost around $2,000 in this company. Don't fall for it.
