It took a bad review to get a human to talk to but they called me right away and resolved the issue. This eases my mind with going forward with this company.
As of right now I am not happy with this company. They have charged my account twice for my 1st installment payment and they charged my account a day before they were supposed to. There is no customer service number to call only email which takes forever for an answer. The live chat option is a joke because it's all automated not a live person. This makes me very unsure if I want to continue with company or just get a full refund.
The charge to my account was above the listed price around $100 more. How can you advertise one price show in the deal and charge more. Package bought during timer of event. Sad. Very sad.

Website is a scam, it has been down for 5 days and no way to contact them to get back money paid. There is no number that you can call, only way to contact them was through the site which is down

I did not believe the deals, it was too good to be true so I did a little research on sitejabber.com and the number of positive reviews on there was spectacular.
My husband and I booked with unsold.com for our first time ever July 11th 2021. It is not August 7th and I've come to find that our room was cancelled August 4th 2021 without any notice, why? The only reason I found out that Our room had been cancelled was due to me trying to log into my unsold.com account to see if there were any other hotels that we could reserve while on out trip out west to find that the website www.unsold.com was down for maintenance, I called the hotel directly and they were the ones to confirm that the reservation had been cancelled on August 4th. I work for a telecommunications company here in Canada and I understood that at times the website can be down while IT is working on any issues. I tried looking for customer service contact number and was unable to find any helpful information to get live assistance with our concern. I did find a live chat for customer service and I feel disappointed to say that I've been waiting for a customer service rep to answer my chat for over 8 hours and knowing that they won't answer. I do not recommend this company, save your money and order from Hotwire or Bookings.com, my husband and I have been using these two reputable companies for a number of years with no issues. If for any reason our issue with Unsold.com contacts me with an explanation and refund I will certainly update my review. I do have my email stating that I purchased the hotel room and that it was confirmed and I'm working on updating the pictures. Best of luck to all!

The deal was just too irresistible to pass on. This destination has been on mine and my husband's bucket list and a hotel at this rate would have been impossible to find on my own.
Booked a holiday earlier on as well. It's doesn't say. Is it for two members or one. Very confusing. Please specify clearly. When one book. So that person knows. It's for one or two members.
I had once bought from Unsold but could not find the date I wanted and had to request for refund. I received approval process within a day and my refund within a few days. Unsold is great!
