This is the second time we have used this booking site and we're very impressed and happy the first time so we decided to do it again. Also the prices are very cheap and it is such a good deal.
The dates I needed to travel were unavailable, but the customer service care team ensured I was refunded. I will use Unsold again if I want to travel, because the prices are low!

There is nothing on here prior to booking about black out dates. There is also no helpful information about refunds after finding out our trip dates are blacked out
I looked for hotels in Chicago for this summer and anything nice is $250-300 a night. $300 for 3 nights is a great deal! I hope is is as good as it seems!
Price is right for a place I like to visit sometime. Two years is enough time for some solution to Covid to arise. I will be glad to go somewhere but not USA or in airplane yet.

(i wrote the same thing on trust pilot too) I have made a payment for a booking that was never made. I tried to book a hotel yet it was impossible due to the fact that the country I live in was not listed in the booking details and I could not book my stay. I contacted the company for help and a refund via their support page and via the phone number and got no help, they just asked for my info and said they will contact me asap. After they sent me an email and asked if I wanted a refund, I said yes and for more than 6 hours now I did get any reply on the matter. Although they claim they work 24-7, they don't answer any calls and are unavailable. They have a good review on a couple of websites, but my experience is not good at all.
Edit after the reply: I sent the info they asked for and now I am waiting to see what's next.
Edit 2: They called me and issued a full refund to be done in 3 to 5 business days.
Edit 3: The girl assisting was really lovely, I got a refund in less than 48h and apologies for not being able to do my booking due to the issue of Serbia not listening in countries that could be booked from. Overall in the end it was a much better experience than I expected, my money is back in my account. I feel much safer booking with them in the future now.

I have been living in Paris for 12 years. I know all the 4 stars hotels and I know they are pricy. I only hope I will get a hotel in Paris not one far from the center.
I was quite sceptical about this site but I am glad I did. I am happy to go and spend time away in Queensland, Australia Port Douglas. Really need to be by myself in the rainforest and beach. ME TIME
I have used Unsod Vacations twice in the past and have always be extremely satisfied. It works just like they say it does, and the hotels are always excellent.
I do like Italy and Rome it's such a beautiful country, and i feel also the are people, and Unsold is all about nature bird animals and trees so positive.
