The delivery was prompt and it looks great. My husband was proud of his military service and I'm proud to display the flag given to me at his funeral in such a nice case.

Easy finding what we wanted. Only issue I had was there was no option for a flag kit. One including the pole and hardware. Had to purchase pole and hardware separately. Other than that, great flag and the parts that attach the flag to the pole have ball bearings, keeping the flag free to spin in the wind and stay unfurled.

Excellent Quality U S Flag and a great price. Flag withstands high winds 60+ MPH. Retains the colors for indefinite periods. Recommend this product for anyone looking for a great flag at a great price.

After a month and a half the flag seems to be a good quality, but getting it took an exceptionally long period of time, four to five weeks, due to a factory shut down.

MY husband ordered after seeing the ad on TV. The process of oedering must have been painless. I did not know he ordered it. My experience with the Flag Store was very good. The site was easy to navigate, ordering was simple as was payment, and the order arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I have no complaints.

Apparently this store believes that they should hang up on customers. No offer of callback, just voicemail and disconnect. This wasn't after business hours. I was going to buy a flag shadow box. Nope. I think I'll use a different vendor.

This is a beautiful case to display a military flag from a funeral. We have purchased several of these for friends and family members who have had a deceased military funeral.

I ordered 2 5 x 9.5 foot flags for my dad's memorial service. Only one official flag is issued for veterans and my 2 sisters and I all wanted one. The flags arrived on time. The honor guard folded all three flags prior to the service so all three could be included in the service. My older sister got the official flag and my little sister and I were presented with the flags I ordered. I was happy that these flags were replicas of the original and that they were able to be part of the service. I would recommend this company.

Have ordered a few times now from here and gotten approval to use for the foreseeable future for future flag purchases do to the companies US made flags. Great product and speedy service.

I have ordered from you many times with no issues until recently. I ordered a flag but never received it. After a couple of calls I was able to get a refund and I ordered another flag which arrived in less than a week.

It was a very good experience. Everything worked as expected and the flag is high quality and looks good flying under the American flag. Fore warned is fore armed. Trouble needs to go somewhere else.
