I called and placed a order for one complete American Flag pole set and ordered an extra flag pole same size. What I received was two (2) different sizes poles that are 2 different colors. I sent the pole back last week and I just waiting and hoping I receive the same size and color pole.

I likely would have ordered two Marine markers if you had offered some sort of "discount" for ordering multiple items. My son is an Army Veteran and I might have ordered a third marker (U.S. Army) in honor of him~ so his wife might display it proudly among their home's landscaping.
The quality of your photograph is good but I'm of the opinion that a "closeup" would better allow your customers to see the excellent quality of the castings' details and the colors, too!

I ordered snap hook covers and a couple of spares. Which arrived earlier that expected and in perfect condition. Most overlook this part but it's a necessity. It works great and weather resistant for just under a decade of use.

I've had a flag that flew over the USS Arizona Memorial for the last 20 years and didn't know how to display it. I had it in the wrong case, but I had looked at different options over the years and couldn't find the right fit until I searched again a couple of weeks ago. I found the United States Flag Store with the perfect sized (and style) flag display case, ordered it and received it in a matter of days.
The items we ordered are of good quality with vibrant colors and features.
Website is deceiving. I signed up for the subscription and tried to use the discount code on my order of over $100 and it came back as invalid code for both FLAG5$ and FLAG10$. The banner at the top states free shipping for orders over $75. That didn't happen either. I looked into both to see if the items I ordered were disqualified under each one, and they were not, so I am disappointed.
Not sure why the TOUGH23 code didn't work on my order. Satisfied with the quality of the flag. Good material.
