The ball on the end of the fiberglass flagpole fell off several weeks after I installed it. The set screws on the flag pole rings stick out too far and prevent the flag from spinning freely around the pole. One bright spot, the flag is beautiful, seems to be good quality, I can only hope it will hold-up well. United-States-flag. Com did reach out to me and offered to send me a new ball (which I would need to glue on) and to send me another set of flag pole rings (same rings I currently have, won't solve the problem with the set screws on the rings sticking out too far and preventing the flag from spinning freely around the pole). United-States-flag. Com does not offer other flag pole rings with a flush set screw, which means I'll need to order them from another supplier. I would not order this pole kit again!
