I wear a 31 waste. Bought two sets of EX Large! To fit me. Extra Large! Purchased and returned products three times to get a fit. One pair fit, the other, two product numbers away and almost identical, were so much bigger I could swim in them. Spent a lot of money with them. They would not credit me the $9.00 I paid to ship back the second product even though it was grossly mis-labeled. Would not take a series of four different discount codes, said they were not valid. Would not respond to emails and will not pick up the phone. Products made in Bangladesh. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!

After ordering from them, they started sending catalogs to me every month. Personally, I find the catalogs to be repulsive, so I asked them to stop sending them to me. Now, several years later, they are still sending the catalogs even after their "customer service" had promised to stop sending them, on 2 different occasions.

Go ahead and order, if you don't mind variable sizing and offensive junk mail.

I ordered some undergear branded briefs several years ago. At first I ordered a few pair so I could judge the sizing, and I also placed orders from some other sites at the same time. The undergear product seemed OK, so I ordered more. The second batch I received had an entirely different fit and were a total waste of my time and money.

BEWARE! UnderGear aka Hanover Direct is running a PayPal SCAM. They have claimed in their PayPal account that they sell INtangible items. This means that if there is ever a customer dispute, that PayPal will automatically decide in their favor since PayPal does not support INtangible items. UnderGear has become so brazen about this that their customer service representatives will actually encourage you to file a dispute with PayPal and when you do it automatically gets upgraded to a claim at which time PayPal automatically decides in their favor. It's a genius FRAUD, so BEWARE! If you purchase from them through PayPal, don't be surprised if you get an empty box and they get all your money!
