I ordered Peletow for the winter sidewalk, received rock salt. Contacted seller and was told I could receive a 15% discount or I could send the 50 pound bag of rock salt back, my only 2 options. I sent the 50 pound bag of rock salt back. On January 14th the rock salt was delivered, the company acknowledged receipt and promised a refund within 3 to 5 business days. Well, it's now February 4th 15 business days later and I still don't have a refund. I called the customer service line and no one answers it, the automated voice simply refers me back to the website which is no longer responding to my emails. I'm forced to put in a claim with my credit card company now.
I ordered a computer desk ct-009 though walmart this computer is the 3rd party. I desk I received is not the one pictured on walmart and also others website that shows the desk. The pictures is a old model that I purchased 5 or 6 years ago. That model worked perfect for me. The problem is the keyboard area is to low and sliding up to the desk your let room is compromised and since the keyboard ares is so low it rubs against my thighs. I sent pictures showing the old one and the new one. The manager look and the picture and told me there was a difference. He also said they do not send return labels. He lied and said I got what the pictures showed on the websites.
I was in the market for a dehumidifier to get rid of my mold allergies and most sites that specialized in allergies were charger $400 plus for one of these products. I found Sunpentown SD-46T 46 Pint Dehumidifier here for just over $200 saving me a big chunk of change. I am hoping it is just as good as the bigger brand names.
I ordered an item on unbeatable sale It was a good deal at a good price but they canceled the order and raised the price on the site so now to buy it I would have to spend Much much more than the original listing. They claim the original listing was an error personally I believe they should honor the prices they list
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! My child Halloween is ruined thanks to them! After calling multiple times about me not receiving my order they refunded me my money and 2 hours later took it right back off my card! And ended up sending me a fake tracking number! Please don't order. This email was sent to me right after taking the money back off of my card
Immediately after placing an order I received an updated order status that charged me an additional $8.95 for shipping. This was not shown on the original document before I hit submit. I called their customer service/ordering department within the next 60 seconds to cancel the order and they told me I must wait 3h for the order to post. After waiting 3 hours I called again. They took down my information and said someone would call me back. No one did. I called again before 3:00 EST and then I was told 1) no one was there to help me, 2) orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, and 3) the secretary was the highest ranking person available to help me.
I have already called my credit card company and have started the process to dispute the charge. I have tried to clear up the discrepancy to no avail. I am truly disappointed with the service I received. I will be contacting the BBB.
Never again will I deal with this company. They suck. All I got was excuses from five different people
I ordered a grill on 28 Feb and after numerous runarounds, I finally cancelled the order on 28 March. I was told it was in stock. But somehow the warehouse refused to ship it? They told me it wasn't cancelled until their cancellation department sent an email. It is 13 April, and there is still no email from the cancellation department letting me know that the order is canceled. Good thing I paid with a credit card. Now they can dispute the charges with them.
This is my first time buying from them and I ordered a set of 3 small Betty Boop figures. The price was great and good quality and so cute! I highly recommend!

This is a $#*!ING SCAM! False advertising. American Bass Componate Symphony 6.5 is what that's in the picture. But, they shipped me American Bass Coiax 6.5. I suppose to pay for the return and reshelfing.
I ordered an electrical cord and the description picture on the internet appears to look as if it is a 3 pin connection. After I ordered it I found one at Westlake Hardware (the same day) so I went there and much to my surprise the picture is wrong its a two pin connection.
I hurried back home (the same day) and cancelled my order. It had not shipped yet but Unbeatablesale refused to stop it probably so they could collect on the shipping charge, so I waited and received today
And took it to UPS and returned it. In all the shipping cost me $22, $9.00 to get it here and $13 to send it back. Oh yeah, Unbeatablesale offered to knock 15% off of the item if I would just keep it. Their words, "so I won't have to go through the hassle of returning it". The company had a poor listing of a product "mesh officials pinnies" with no photo. I purchased them expecting striped official/referee pinnies. When they arrived they were simply multi-colored pinnies. I was frustrated, but not as much as I would become later. I got an RMA and returned the product. The company refused to refund my to shipping. So I got outed shipping to me and shipping back to them and never even opened the product. My advice: DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH unbeatablesale. There are better beatable sales.
