The application is a bit confusing, but the manager helped me figure it out. Now I see what my fiancé is doing. This is the best mobile phone tracker app.

My daughter had her phone stolen and in a midnight panic I looked for a tool aside from Apple Find myiphone to help locate the device. I stumbled across UMOBIX and signed up for the cheap trial thinking this may help my daughter. I quickly found the tool didn't do what I needed it to. Two days later a months subscription was taken from my credit card. I queried this and asked for a full refund as I hadn't used the service and had made a genuine error signing up. I then get sent a very long refund policy explaining they can't offer me a refund. I explained that they could but chose not to. I accept that I signed up but asked for some common sense and fairness, but they declined. Faceless companies that hide behind their refund policies really irritate me and no doubt if you have issues along the way, they will pull out their rule book and not do the right thing. I've no idea whether their product is any good or not but you can tell a lot about a company about how they deal with situations like this. They chose rules and policies over fairness and doing the right thing. The dollar amount is immaterial. I made a mistake and they chose a quick $60 instead of being reasonable. I'll never use them. I'll share my story wherever I see the opportunity to comment. Looks like I'm not the only one reading their online reviews. Buyer beware.

I had trouble with the program downloading when I had to switch phones. I got in touch with Sandra at UMobix customer support. She helped me with the issue almost immediately. Friendly and efficient!

First off I'm john and I scribed for a year because I want to make sure my daughters are ok and not up to anything that could be harmful to them. I live in another state, I'm currently recovering from a bout with lung cancer. Any way I ran a search for services that don't need the target device present, this was the first in the list so I subscribed. I quickly found out that the target device must be present. I wrote the company chat and explained my situation and I asked for a refund because there is no way I can get a phone from another state in front of me. They denied my request, it felt as though they told me I was stupid for not reading the fine print, and to asd insult to injury they offered to put my membership on hold. I now don't have the money to get a service that can help me watch my girls. I ask you to please don't use this service and if you are locked in I'm sorry, hopefully you get what you are looking for and not end up like me paying for something that is useless. I've enclosed a pic of proof tht I realy did sign up for the service

This is by far The best Mobile Phone Tracker on the market. No issues with installing, always accurate and great customer service!

I'm actually so annoyed and enraged that I paid $130 NZD for an app that doesn't work! The techs are useless as all they do is get me to uninstall and reinstall over and over. DO, NOT, PURCHASE- THEY WILL NOT REFUND. So useless and such a waste of money.
