It has been days trying to reinstalled the device but I have no luck. I remember DAVID JONES assisted me and solved my issues and again he made it easy, very nice, knowledgeable and have patience to assist. I'm not tech savvy so needed a lot of support using the program. Customer service have been most helpful with setting up the service and tech support when needed throughout the process.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service that I received from your company. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative, and I cannot recommend your services to anyone.

Firstly, I found that there was no proper support available when I needed assistance. This made it extremely difficult for me to use your service and caused a lot of frustration.

Secondly, I was given false commitments which did not match the reality of the service provided. This left me feeling misled and cheated, and I was unable to trust your company.

Furthermore, I was unable to cancel my subscription, even though I found that the service was not working as mentioned. This added to my frustration, and I felt trapped in a contract that was not delivering what was promised.

Overall, my experience with your company was very bad, and I would not recommend your services to anyone. I hope that you will take steps to improve your support and ensure that your commitments are accurate, as well as making it easier for customers to cancel their subscriptions if necessary.

Omg! For some reason the target phone stopped updating and I couldn't get anything for a week...everything that I was told to do yesterday wasn't working...sooo...I came back on chat today and Nicky was helping me, it took some time and I'm sure she had to have been frustrated with me as I was with tryin to do what she said...I'm pretty sure we solved the problem unlinking the target phone and gonna relink tonite...it seemed nothing was working right...so new credentials and Nicky unlinked the target phone for me...so now I can start over tonite...she was so nice and patient to the end with me...its so great to have customer like this! I just installed the software and seem to work well.
It took me a bit of time to make the installation, but that is nothing to do with the app, but the backup time on the iphone.

The managers helped me install the app, it was easy. I can already see the messages from the phone that I need. This is the best mobile phone tracker.

I tried the service, it did nothing but cause the device to crash using apps, failed to show the information it was promised (like snapchat) I even sent snaps from my phone to target phone and it still didn't get any of it. The worst was what it did to the phone. It completely OVERHEATED it, drained the battery on the phone within 2 hours. Even after changing every setting it didnt work. Im not a novice and this isnt the first service Ive used. On top of that, I was charged for over a year even though it was suppose to be month to month. After contacting customer service to cancel it. They refused. I went over their REFUND POLICY (make sure you read all of it, they make it practically impossible for you to cancel or get refunded anything) according to their policy I was qualified for at least a partial refund. I've reiterated it to them, shown them, proved it and they are still refusing and saying a refund is impossible. Wth is that? They keep pushing to add it back onto the device and just keep offering me 1 free month of service. I have a year left with this and they want to add an unnecessary extra month. I have been going back and forth with them for over a month now. Do not go with them!
