The app is not so invisible as they claim, a special VPN must be always active on the target phone and that's very visible so judge by yourself before you buy it!
The user has lost its private encryption key, which has resulted in loss of data, temporary loss of access to the user's User Space or any other inconveniences for the user;
The user refuses to re-install or re-link Umobix Software in the event of the performed upgrade of the operating system on the target device;
The user's target device is not in compliance with the Umobix Compatibility Policy;
The target device has lost connection with Umobix subscription due to the absence of Internet access, factory reset or update to the latest operating system version;
The user's account was defined as Dormant. Account is regarded as Dormant if from the last log-in date passed 1.5 months (45 days) and the customer did not access his account within this time frame.
In addition to the above, no refund can be issued to a user in case the reasons for a refund are completely beyond Umobix control. They include, but are not limited to:
A target phone is not owned by a user or a user did not receive a consent of a target phone owner to install the Umobix Software;
A target phone does not have Internet access (no money left on the target phone account, temporary service interruption, roaming-related problem, etc.);
The carrier operator is changed by a target phone user that leads to the loss of Internet connectivity and consequently improper functioning of Umobix Software;
Update of operating system of a target phone;
A target phone was reset to original factory settings;
A user does not follow the installation guidelines of our customer support team via email or telephone call;
A user does not accept technical assistance;
A user does not have a physical access to a target phone or has forgotten the password to unlock it;
A user did not receive the data that had been saved on a target phone before Umobix was installed on it;
A user is either unable or does not want to obtain physical access to the target device in order to enable iCloud backup;
2-factor/2-step verification is enabled on a target device and a user is unable to have physical access to the device.
A user does not have up-to-date iCloud credentials for target Apple ID account;
A target device runs unsupported operating system. The following operating systems are NOT supported: Symbian Belle, Windows Phone, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry 10 or Bada;
A user intended to use Umobix Phone on more than one target device after purchasing one subscription plan;
Personal reasons (I've changed my mind, I've made a purchase by mistake, Software was not used, etc.);
Umobix Software was unlinked or damaged by anti-virus software, target device's owner or other services.
I RECENTLY LEFT AN AMAZING REVIEW OF UMOBIX & I LOVED THE SERVICE! AFTER A ROUGH FIRST MONTH (CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS (KEY WORD WAS) AWESOME! COULDNT GET APP TO WORK AT FIRST SO ASKED FOR REFUND. I RECEIVED A RESPONSE THAT SPECIFICALLY SAID I WOULD NOT GET REFUND! SO I DECIDED TO TRY N TRY AGAIN UNTIL IT WORKED. I WAS THRILLED! TOOK A MONTH OR SO, SO THEY GAVE ME FREE MONTH. I SAID NEVERMIND TO REFUND. FAST FORWARD A COUPLE MONTHS LATER, WHICH WOULD B YESTERDAY... I GO TO LOG IN ON ACCOUNT & IT SAYS "SUBSCRIPTION BLOCKED". CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NO LONGER HELFUL AND KIND. AT ALL! IT WAS LIKE I WAS THE ENEMY. NO 1 WANTED TO HELP ME, THEY JUST KEPT TELLING ME "CONTACT BILLING"... SO I DID! GOT EMAIL TODAY THAT SAID BECAUSE I ASKED FOR REFUND (MONTHS AGO--- THAT WAS PROMPTLY DENIED) I WAS NO LONGER A CUSTOMER WITH THEM. THEY REFUNDED MY INITIAL $50 & I HAVENT HEARD A WORD SINCE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO BLOWN AWAY AT THE COMPLETE 360 THIS COMPANY DID. I DIDNT RECEIVE THE CREDIT I STILL HAVE ON THIS ACCOUNT & THEY REFUSE TO WORK WITH ME... FOR WHAT REASON? KEEP IN MIND I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR MONTHS NOW... THEY WONT PAY ME FOR CREDIT OR EXPLAIN, OR WORK WITH ME TO REINSTATE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY! BUYER BEWARE! MOVED TO HOVERSPACE... FANTASTIC COMPANY & TO TOP IT OFF? I EXPLAINED WHAT UMOBIX DID TO ME & IMMEDIATELY THEY GAVE ME THE MONTH CREDIT THAT UMOBIX KEPT FROM ME! DEFINITELY GO TO HOVERSPACE
