Saw a weird charge and thought something odd happened but it turned out my son accidentally bought it. Reached out to support, sent over some proof and they refunded me. They handled it well
The updates on iphone aren't instant which threw me off at first. But once I got used to the timing, everything worked the way I needed. It's been more dependable than other apps I've tried.

I thought this app was gonna be another scammy one but it actually worked. Setup was a little timeconsumng but support helped and got me through it. Once it was all set it surprised me in a good way.

I've had umobix on both my kids' phones for like 6 months now. Setup took a few minutes and once done, it's been working great. Honestly, didn't expect it to be this easy.

The VPN installed on the target device kept toggling on/off. This prevented the target device from accessing the cell network. It was IMMEDIATELY known that something was done to the phone. TERRIBLE PRODUCT!
They only gave a partial return even though the product NEVER WORKED, I got ZERO benefit from it, and it literally EXPOSED the whole process!
They started off as good customer service although replies were slow.
I was promised a refund but still have not received it, when trying to contact them I kept getting bounce-back emails saying their inboxes were full. This is a terrible customer experience what kind of 2-bit operation are they running?
I hope to hear from someone from your company soon! Dont believe the fake reviews this is SCAM! To get your money back contact your Bank and report them!

Great service from All Cracker. Love the company service so much. Very fast setup and undetectable to the target phone user. I Especially love the keylogger feature. The browser history is really nice too because it records even if the target phone goes into incognito mode. Perfect for monitoring your children's phone activity. So I might add three customer service is out of this world. I've already recommended this service to over 17 people in the 2 months I've had it. I spent nearly 8 hours trying to get access onto the phone two of those hours I had the actual phone. I spent 1 hour with their customer service eventually I just said screw it and tried a different company which literally took me around 11 minutes to download and get everything straight. I only had the service 33 hours contacted them to cancel and refund the money we'll get this they don't refund anything unless it's their program that is not working properly. So if you buy one year membership you are toast If you buy anything you are toast because they're going to always say that their program is working properly. The customer service agent that I spent an hour communicating back and forth with via text because they don't have actual live support that you can talk to had to have been a foreigner with no experience because I had to ask him the same thing three to four times. And the only thing that you can get access to without having the actual phone is their location. You will have to have either the phone or the password and login info and send them a 2FA code which then you need to get from them to put it into the system. Trust me what I say this Go elsewhere I also use bark and they only charged me $1 for 3 days and it was super easy to cancel no problems I ended up going with a great company that has actual live customer service that you can talk to on the phone
Tried setting this up on my daughter's phone due to technical teen difficulty. After numerous attempts at getting this to work, I contacted customer "support", who is less than helpful. They will take your money fast and then blow you off, blaming their inability to provide the service you paid for on you. Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS.
If you want real time monitoring this app is not the one for you. You can get updates every 24 hours which is way too late to stop anything that is happening. You need access to phone all the time so you can download backup and then message customer service with screen shot so you can get a code sent to phone. 10-15 mins every time. I asked for refund in less than 24 hours and they will not comply.
I was going to try this for one month. I never used the product because it needed the device in hand to use. So I never used it but then they turned on automatic renewal amd changed my account for another month and won't refund me. They are scammers.
I will not deny that it is the best Mobile Phone Tracker for android phones. I was able to set everything up quickly and they gave me 2 more weeks because I bought a subscription for a month. Good enough

This app is very complex to install. I spent 4 hours with 2 customer service plus using an unuseful video After all the efforts, my husband and I couldn't install the app. I requested the reimbursement since we weren't able to do the installation. The answer from representatives Nicholas Griffin and Sophie Allen was "You are refusing to install it, so you don't qualify for reimbursement".
This company will make the installation process so difficult and blame you that it is your fault for not following instructions to force you to quit. Then, will claim that you are refusing the installation. I have a record of the 4-hour-plus hours' conversation with these people.
