I am not very good with gadget nor application because I came from old school where things were very simple as compared to today's world. I had to find an application to monitor my daughter's activities that was slightly off track. I decided to buy SpyBubble with my limited hi tech knowledge. I found out that the customer service team has been very responsive to my problem and lead me all the way to make me comfortable using the app. I like to thank you the team and especially to Sandra from SpyBubble who had given me a step by step information. Keep up the good work to SpyBubble team.

Alexa with Umobix helped me get my child's phone set up with spybubble after I tried several times and was already very frustrated. She remained patient and helped me work out the bugs and complete the process. It takes a big person to work in customer service bc by the time a customer contacts you, they're usually already irritated, so good job Alexa and thank you :)

Great app. It shows everything and its very discreet. I sometimes had issue with the installation but the agents are always here to help and always found out the issue and sorted it out. It's worth it.

It's expensive but works really good, and very easy to install on target device. The user space is a bit cumbersome but it gets the job done just fine. They really need a app for the user space in the app store. Something simple and customizable. But the web user space gets the job done. Very impressive what you can monitor, even deleted texts and calls show up, and as deleted, so it really draws your attention to anything your child thinks there hiding from you. Umobix is everything that as described there customer service is also excellent the speak with you on real time I got the opportunity to be help by a agent that goes by Alexa she was really friendly and understanding she made everything so easy for me and helped me with everything I need to know if you're thinking of trying this app is definitely worth the money

This is truly an awesome tracker app. So many cool features to try, like fb msgr. Fb msgr is one of many apps you can monitor, and it shows full screenshots of the conversations! I would highly recommend this app. It's the BEST tracker app!

Be aware that his company has a return policy that states that no refund will be issued in case of:
The user refuses to re-install.
This app is very complex to install. I spent 4 hours with 2 customer service plus using an unuseful video After all the efforts, my husband and I couldn't install the app. I requested the reimbursement since we weren't able to do the installation. The answer from representatives Nicholas Griffin and Sophie Allen was "You are refusing to install it, so you don't qualify for reimbursement".

This company will make the installation process so difficult and blame you that it is your fault for not following instructions to force you to quit. Then, will claim that you are refusing the installation. I have a record of the 4-hour-plus hours' conversation with these people.

The app stopped working days after i purchased the service. I contacted the they couldn't help fix it and they didn't refund me i asked them for a refund several time they didn't, i removed my card details from their dashboard and after three months they billed my card with a deferent subscription. I asked which i have asked for refund and they still didn't refund me. Stay off they are fraudsters

Happy with Umobix! I needed this app to keep my kiddo safe. And cut down on the " grounding" this way I benefit from her having a phone. The best app for WhatsAp. Customer service is the best ever I'm happy I set this program up.

I have tried several. It is an excellent app for an untrustworthy spouse with an addiction as well as your children. It is completely undetectible and fast and easy to install. Adam Roth was very helpful when I needed to troubleshoot. The customer service is 24/7 it seems through texting on the app.

Parenting is a major role in the life of children. And I am glad to be one, and I can monitor my children anywhere I am with umobix but they have a bad set up so I met with CYBOXTECH via Instagram and they helped with every necessary details.

Customer support is excellent. Screen recorder and keylogger works perfectly. Little difficult to go through app activity and some text and calls didnt show on previous versions. Hoping with update thois is fixed. I must say thoe, it has The best whatsapp tracker around

Customer service is on point they were extremely helpful. I lost all access to my account and with just a few easy steps the were able to completely recover everything. Highly recommend this app!

Might have some slight compatibility issues if targeted device in an iphone but other than that so far seems as a good service. Kris Jenner did a great job in support communications.

I wanted to try this srvice ans ssubscribed but by mistake I paid a membership for 2 years. The same day I contacted them and explained that I won't use the product and that I have 14 days trial period to ask for refund.
They refused to to issue a refund. Wery acammy by them. They wanted to keep money even I sent so many mails explaining and asking my money back.
Very unprofessional. They are basically stealing from me...Shame on them

I've been with them for about 2 months, not only is it an awesome monitoring system, whenever I have any questions, problems or any issues that may arise, Kris Jenner another tech support agent was so helpful at helping me fix a problem that I had else where, she explain and showed me what to do in order to correct/fix the issue that I had encounter that needed immediate attention, I couldn't have done it without her ty kris jenner!
