Pretty quick and easy installation. Many features for monitoring, I have already tried it on my phone, and will install it on the child's phone later. Very grateful for the 24/7 support, they make the app much easier to use and answer all the questions. The best WhatsApp tracker too.

This platform has been stressful to use but with the help of the instagram guru I was able to do a lot and I am happy with that cyboxtech helped generally

I really love the Spyzzz app. It shows you everything the other person has looked at on the target device, even if it's been deleted. I had to contact customer service due to it wasn't updating. My customer service rep Alexa was great. She really knows what she's doing. Spyzzz provides a great product, but reps like Alexa makes it even better.

Adam is knowledgeable, friendly and excited about the results. He gives swift response and always works on point. Quick in response. His problem-solving skills provide a quick solution and he is a personality with a real desire to help others. Always happy to have him in assistance. Adam! Thanks - good job!

However, Cocospy is the best mobile monitor among others ever used and will recommend to anyone who hasn't tried.

I just signed up for an account, and had some questions, so when I reached out to support Sandra from uMobix responded within a minute, and answered my questions quickly, precisely, and clearly. I was able to ask my questions and get answers and be on my way within 5 minutes! Thank you Sandra!

Beyond what i expected, although some features aren't functional yet but they are clearly marked as experimental at this time. Very helpful customer service representatives, Kris Jenner and 2 or 3 others I have spoken to, answer your chat questions at all times of day for non-tech savy parents who worry about their children's safety.

Only by using this application, I can be entirely sure of my son's safety. I can be honest, the twam will help you install this application and solve all the questions because the customer support is at the highest level. This is the best Mobile Phone Tracker for Android.

Umobix is The best Mobile Phone Tracker I've ever used! I've tried several and Umobix is the only one that i actually made it to the dashboard. I'm not to tech savoy so having Umobix Support Specialist like Adam available any time i needed him is what knocked this service out of the park for me. Trust me if your child is getting into something they shouldn't you'll be aware of it in a blink! I would suggest this service to anyone!

From the beginning, I couldn't fully use the app because I didn't have access, but they have a location monitoring function by phone number, which was useful for me. Later, I was able to install the application on the phone and began to fully monitor my husband's activity. Highly recommended, worth the price, and has the best WhatsApp tracker.

I liked everything. I was monitoring my wife! Now I know where she spends my money! I liked seeing the location and history of the browser from her phone.

I started using Umobix about 8 months ago. It has helped me so much that the last 2 times ive reordered a subscription, i got the 3 month plan. Anytime i have questions, the staff always responds immediately and theyre always courteous.

Very grateful to Timothy Johanson for helping me with the installation. I've used two different services, and umobix is by far the better of the two. Automatic installation that lasts only seconds. Easy Uninstall. Timothy helped guide me through the process. Only thing I would say is that the development team failed me one out of four times when I asked "Kris Jenner" to help me with an issue about audio and video streaming. She said development team would fix it but it was never fixed, which is why I had Tim help me with the uninstall. Thanks!

The app worked well for some months. Then something changed on the phone and no more info. The membership lapsed and that was it. Until I got an email from uMobix recently saying that there was more data to see.
I logged in, talked to Customer Support, got temporary access and there was more data. But it looks like they manually went into the phone and got a few days' worth of data for my viewing.
After I took the bait and signed up for another year, I found out that there was no more data flowing in and Customer Support informed me that I'd have to update the app on the target phone manually. The problem is, that phone is in another city now and I cannot update the software. And...no refund for deception.
I was led to believe that I would receive fresh data from the phone and was not informed before I renewed the subscription that I would have to update the software. Not happy.

I had trouble with my login and Kris Jenner, the tech support person helping me, was very responsive and helpful. She patiently walked me through the necessary steps and my issue was resolved quickly.

Sandra with Umobix helped me tremendously. She was able to solve my problem and she explained everything so that I understood what was happening. She was very considerate and efficient. She's a keeper :) Thank you, Vickie
