The app worked well for some months. Then something changed on the phone and no more info. The membership lapsed and that was it. Until I got an email from uMobix recently saying that there was more data to see.
I logged in, talked to Customer Support, got temporary access and there was more data. But it looks like they manually went into the phone and got a few days' worth of data for my viewing.
After I took the bait and signed up for another year, I found out that there was no more data flowing in and Customer Support informed me that I'd have to update the app on the target phone manually. The problem is, that phone is in another city now and I cannot update the software. And...no refund for deception.
I was led to believe that I would receive fresh data from the phone and was not informed before I renewed the subscription that I would have to update the software. Not happy.
