SPOKE WITH ANOTHER AGENT ABOUT THE ISSUE SAID THEY WOULD SEND THE REQUEST TO HAVE MY MONEY REFUNDED ONLY TO RECIEVE AN EAIL THAT IT WAS MY FAULT AND THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED $49.99 AND THE REST OF MY MONEY REFUNDED. SPOKE WITH A FEW MORE PEOPLE THRU EMAIL ONLY TO BE GIVEN THE RUN AROUND ASKED FOR A NUMBER TO SPEAK WITH A PERSON GIVENT THE RUN AROUND AGAIN. THEY MAKE SO THEY CAN KEEP YOUR MONEY EVEN AFTER STATING YOU CAN GET A REFUND WITHIN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME. NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY BLAMED ME EVEN AFTER I SHOWED THE TRANSCRIPT OF THE CONVERSTAION BETWEEN THE AGENT AND I. TOTAL RIP OFF!
