Very happy with the experience from start to finish. I should have spent more time reading the FAQ etc... in the Forums, but I'm very happy with my War Glaive and the grab bag Initiate for my son. He hasn't put it down since it arrived. Speaking of which, delivery was made in a blistering 4 days, and that's with a delay for paying some duties.

Follow-up note: After receiving the saber stands, I was a bit disappointed. The pieces did not fit properly together and I had to shave down some of the edges in order to get them to fit at all. In the process, one of the mirrored stands cracked. I expected more from UltraSabers than this.
