I enjoyed shopping with Ultrasabers. However when I received my package I saw that the shipping was $2.74 and I was charged $7.00 for shipping and would definitely like to know why that is. Where did the difference go?

Bought a saber with a grab bag in the sale, I wanted a Li-ion charger with the grab bag but I never got a reply back, however, several emails later and some excellent customer service and I got my grab bag with Li-ion setup.
The website could be a little easier to use - I'd rather have a checklist or a set of dropdowns rather than go through pages of options I'm mostly declining.
