Everything was pretty much perfect. Ordering exactly on the site was easy, and it very well described each option, and there were many great options! The price was really fair, not cheap, but not as expensive as I would have expected. And it came to me well-wrapped and built as ordered!
The only issue was a very minor one. I got an email from UltraSabers several days before they shipped my saber that it was already on its way, and possibly already had been delivered. That was confusing, because it hadn't. But it did ship a couple of days later, and I had it 5 days after that. Total awesomeness!

I love Ultrasabers, they have very reasonable prices for the quality of the product you receive, with excellent service and swift delivery times, though shipping gets a bit expensive when you live in Sweden.
