Definitely worth it. Everything was great, from product choice to customer service. Could not of asked for a better experience buying something that's going to be a centre piece in my room for ages!
Great website, easy to check out. Only thing that was a bit confusing was when browsing the sabers i wasn't "afraid of lines" or whatever, there just wasn't a custom options list. But i figured it all out later.
The experience using the ordering process is well laid out and with understandable explanations for each options. I especially like the explanation on how to add your convertec wheel to your saber hilt. Also, I like that fact you can get a lightsaber with or without sound.
This is a great product for people who do not want to build their own lightsaber from parts. I can't wait to duel someone with this. Thanks again for a great looking lightsaber.
More options for stunt sabers would be nice, for example "flash on clash".

Just placed my order moments ago with no issues. Choosing the right hilt, blade, and all associated options were simple and straight forward. Any questions I had were easily answered using the helpful forum link. The most difficult part for me was deciding which hilt design I wanted.
UPDATE: I received my order 5 days after the order was placed. Saber proved to be of great quality. Everything works, my order details were met, and I'm very happy.

Brilliant website with clear and straight forward ordering process. The saber arrived within a week of ordering (I live in Singapore) which was excellent. I was slightly disappointed in that I was wanting sound but then, without thinking, I opted for the surprise option of the grab bag saber. Needless to say it arrived without sound but the actual saber itself is of excellent build quality. The blade (red) is very bright and the whole thing looks brilliant. I would use this company again.
