Only reason I'd give the delivery time three stars is because of USPS and not Ultrasabers. No big deal, just took a few more days than I would have liked. Everything else is fantastic.

Lots of options, well explained with plenty of photo examples, very user-friendly interface. SUPER fast delivery- and this most of all is what counts for me, as I've had problems in the past with deliveries from OTHER SaberForges, ahem, Sabersmiths. Very good quality products.

You need to include descriptions and details as to what al the customization options are. Pictures nor details were not always provided. I had to google/youtube everything to know what I am buying.
Smooth purchase process. All questions were answered when using the purchase step by step wizard. Plenty of videos along the way to help educate me when I wasn't sure what options to go with. I received my product way earlier then anticipated.
