One sabre that arrived was amazing, the other lost its sound within five minutes after having to fiddle with loose batteries. The site was great with the customisation options, and was very quick and overall all fabulous. It's a shame about the one that doesn't work though - will need to get in touch to try and sort it!

My Scorpion lightsaber was delayed due to the Thanksgiving holiday. When I inquired Ultrasabers via email, I received a response the same day from Emory himself explaining the reason for the delay and assuring me that the lightsaber would arrive in a timely fashion. The product itself is staggeringly AMAZING. Great balance for a hilt of that size (14.5 inches) and the sound and light is great. I couldn't be more please, particularly when considering the cost. This was my second purchase from UltraSabers. When I bought my saber, I thought the 36-inch blade would be the most impressive. And it is! But it turns out it's not too appropriate for swinging around the house, so I ordered a 24-inch blade. MUCH better for enjoying indoors. So my advice: if you're going to take your saber outside, or just display it, go for 36 inches. If you want to swing it around indoors, you're better off with 24 inches.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
