The online menus and options are very thorough and user friendly. Any questions I had we easily answered by the description on the page or the helpful links to the forum. The site is well built. My grab bag saber is great exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be buying another. Shipping was great I had it in 4 days.

The product itself seems to be of good quality, but when I had received my order the hilts were not the same color scheme shown in the pictures I was seeing all throughout the ordering process and customer product review. This is upsetting because that is the whole reason I ordered the product.
