Easy ordering like a lot
This was my first saber purchase and it was hard to choose which one I wanted. When I opened the box and saw this saber I was so glad I chose this one. The machine work on the whole saber is amazing. The nickel plated looks great. I ordered the saber at beginning of December and thought because of holidays that it might take a little longer to get it but nope it was here in 8 days. I recommend this saber or any others from this site. Fast, easy and great quality. I am planning my next purchase right now. Happy shopping lightsaber fans.

It's difficult without a notice to manipulate the Saber about changing the colours and the batteries and the use of all the cables.
Disappointed in the lack of quality... ordered the teal colored blade for extra cost and it seemed to work at the beginning, but now the teal has faded and it is only green.
I am extremely satisfied with my ultra Sabre. Prior to my purchase I had several questions and received a very thoughtful and thorough response via email. I will definitely do business with this company again!

That was actually nice. And although I opted for PayPal, I appreciate that you guys have a notice for first time customers about large purchases. I recently went through that issue on another site which gave no warning and it turned into a complete headache.
Easy to deal with and great products
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
