Basically everything about the whole experience was good. So for me 4 stars is the good rating. I have extremely high standards. For me there should have been more explanations and better packaging. This company makes great products but not all the end users will be engineers or people with electronics backgrounds. The website is hard to navigate and the order process require research and study to determine the correct options. Also some of the text colours on the site are hard to read.
I ordered items to shoot still photography with female models. Some of the items are large for female models, I was trying to replicate a game character so I am not complaining about that point.
Honestly I have not had the time to shoot with my Hasselblad H5D camera yet. The iPhone images are great so I think I will eventually get really good images.
I like that I can easily switch parts on the items to create different looks and I will also study how to get the different blade colours by downloading the app and working from there.
This is my first purchase from ultrasabers and so far I'm extremely pleased! The lightsaber itself is fantastic! It's extremely well built and brilliant quality.

I ordered the saber without windows and recieved with this order was to create a double saber, i was offered 10% off to buy the right saber or a 12 week wait after sending it back. Incredibly dissatisfied at the reply. The items otherwise were great and sturdy despite this one event i will probably be ordering from them again
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
