Fantastic shipping speed - it took only 5 business days to ship internationally to Eastern Canada.
I purchased 5 stunt sabers and love them all (two Sentinel LE V4, one Aeon V4, one Dominix V4, and one bonus Apprentice saber). I haven't stopped swinging them and I'm looking forward to starting up a local sparring group for nerds.

I myself made the mistake of not checking to availability of one of the hilts and I prematurely blamed Ultrasabers for not delivering/shipping on time when in fact it was my fault for not checking all the details. I am however very pleased with the products that the site has to offer and I do see myself becoming a returning customer granted their inventory allows it.

All I can say is WOW, I like all of the disclaimers and fast e-mail responses to assist me through the process. The added youtube videos were also a huge help. Also so many options with a company eager to make it happen. Then my goodness, I am sure it had to be on the faster end of things, but my order was fulfilled and in my hands within two days.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
