User friendly website. Quality products. Obsidian Lite is a great value buy, It's very loud. LEDs are very bright. You will NOT be disappointed. Will buy more in the future.
I have spent somewhere between $2,500-$3,000 with Ultrasabers for a large group in San Diego. Buying around 20 or so sabers, maybe more. Other members of our group also shop here. It's great!

The good: The saber is beautiful, and the Emerald Driver and Obsidian sound board are a joy to play with. And the turnaround time was lighting fast. Really is the best saber for the best price currently available anywhere.
The not-so-good: I asked a question within my order status, and sent two separate emails before my order shipped. However, I never received a response to any of my queries, which was unfortunate, especially given the large price tag of my order.
Also, the blade plug I received does not fit my saber (Archon 3.1), so that was a bit disappointing.
I was very pleased with how quickly my order was fabricated and dispatched and very pleased with the customer service team with how informative and helpful they were.

Very nice, feels comfortable in my grip. My only real complaint is that the upper part of the saber, where the cross guard is, was a bit wobbly and didn't feel secure. A bolt on the other side of the saber wasn't tightened all the way, and simply tightening it myself fixed the problem.
I have been wanting to order this for quite a while. Looking forward to many years of fun with my light saber! I received my light saber very quickly, and everything was perfect! Thank you Ultrasabers!
