My only hold up is that I under estimated the length of the blade and should of gone for the next size down from 36 inches, other than that I'm loving my liberator!

I'd change 1 thing! Let customers know what lightsabers are on back order and ones that are ready to ship out now rather than having to click on image. Maybe have the image have something on it indicating what is and is not available.

I had issues with the delivery time it was a little over a week before it shipped, I also had issues with FedEx, but was ultimately able to resolve it. It'd be great if we had more options for shipping.
I ordered my first saber from your company a couple weeks ago and I'm very happy with it! The quality to price ratio is very outstanding. Great hilt, nice blade. The only possible type of improvement I could give you guys would be find a way to make the colors brighter. I have another saber from a different company and it is very much brighter. But I love the work you guys are doing so I am going to continue giving you business!

I've read countless reviews and youtube videos and the one of many positive and consistent remarks I've heard in these reviews is the incredible customer service. And now being a new customer to Ultrasabers I understand why so many praise them. I no longer need to daydream about wielding a lightsaber because I now have one of my very own that's not some cheap, plastic toy. This is the real deal, solid piece of equipment that will make you feel like a Jedi or a Sith. Highly recommended for any Star Wars fan.
