It was wonderful. This is my second time purchasing a saber and both times its been very easy to navigate the store. There was someone named Alexis (i think that's her name) who chimed in with a chat box to offer any help should I need it which was a wonderful display of good customer service. The only downside to my experience was that my saber had some minor scratches near the pommel which I'm attributing to customs inspection. Otherwise I couldn't be happier with my purchase from Ultrasabers.
The site isn't quite as fluid as I'd hoped. I ended up doing circuits trying to check out.
