Alexa helped me today with my order. A++++! I believe it took at least an hour to get through the whole ordering process because this is unlike any product I've ever ordered and there are so many options to choose from. Which is all perfectly okay, as long as someone as helpful as Alexa is there! I'd re-order and go through the whole process again, even if it took a while the first time. Absolutely worth it.

This was my first ( starter) blade. I couldn't be happier. Feels nice in hand. Well crafted. Blade is nice and bright. I can feel the battery move a tiny bit but it's not much. Hours of fun to come.

These guys are the best! They are helpful, they are organized (unlike some of their competitors), they are super efficient. And the light sabers are soooo amazing you feel like you're an actor in a movie.
The only bad part that happened was I paid for the two day shipping and didn't recieve it for 5 days. Part of this was fedex and the other part was the time it took to fill the order. If it will take over 1 day to fill an order you should have a notice telling the shopper when the check out.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
