I'm very happy to be acquired two lightsabers ( Aprentice V4 and The Guardian) Both of them are very well finished, with great sound and effects! Chat service is excellent. I mean really. Any random question that popped into my head as I was browsing or composing my sabre was answered within seconds. Sometimes faster that I thought it humanly possible to type. Mood was friendly and relaxed.
Impressed that the sabre could be constructed and delivered to more-or-less the other side of the world in a week! The only thing better would have been it magically teleporting into my hand the moment payment was made. They should look into that, they seem pretty tech savvy ;)
