Easy and straight forward. Only gripe was delivery address (had to deliver to home rather than work as home is credit card billing address). Otherwise very professional, providing Fedex tracking all the way.

Ever since I saw Star Wars when I was 5 years old, I've always wanted a lightsaber. My very first lightsaber from Ultra Sabers was the best purchase and coolest thing I have ever gotten.
