I appreciate them sending my package through the US Postal service due to the problems in my local area with FedEx and UPS thefts. Everything arrived in good order. The free sword stand broke I think due to the cold weather, which was disappointing. Free T-shirt is nice and just the right size...how did you know? :) Love the sound and quality of the handle on my Monarch Saber. I should send pictures when I am finally dressed in gear with it. I do have some questions about the free saber that has a charging port but non-rechargeable batteries. So I do have questions, but I am not really a posting board person, so I will probably send an email in the near future. :)

Everything was quick and easy. I was unable to determine which items were in stock when choosing the base.
At times your website was confusing. I don't know if I just didn't see it, but you need to have a link that shows just inventory instock.
I am a first time saber customer, and thus far have thus far been happy.
Today I recieved my Ultrasabers Prophecy saber, and its a beauty.
However I've lowered my rating from 5 to 4 stars because upon closer inspection of the hilt I've noticed something.
The switch was poorly installed, there are large gaps between the switch and hilt which will allow dust and debris to enter my saber (a big no!)
Everything else about tbis saber is beautiful. I just hope that in the future Ultrasabers pays more attention to the small details.

I'm a happy and satisfied saberstaff owner as of today. You get your money's worth. I usually prefer slightly slimmer hilts for sparring and stunt work, but the Phantom V3 still works pretty well for me due to the design of the hilt and has the looks I wanted and needed for my Sith costume.
Ultrasabers provides extremly fast shipping. I live in canada BC. I ordered my saber on Tuesday night and received it Friday afternoon from Friendswood Texas.
The saber is Amazing!
Fedex fail... called to tell me delivery before 5pm... but only came at 5.30pm... wasted a whole day...
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
