Amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail. Order arrived quick and in perfect condition, I couldn't be happier.
I ordered the quick release coupler but it doesn't fit my lightsabers. None of the 5 I have. It doesn't say anywhere what it does and does not fit except in the instructional video it showed ithat fitting one of the ones I have. I don't understand why its way too big to fit. I wasted 60 bucks for a useless paperweight
I thought I was picking an beautiful blue color but it turns out it was an ugly green cool. I'm not satisfied.

I bought two sabers during two months. For the first I needed customerservice wich I got in a perfect was.
Exceeded my expectations in all areas. Shipping was the fastest I've ever experienced, the LED was much brighter than other blades typically found in stores, sound is much more impressive, the hilt has to be seen to be believed. Quite simply, it's not even fair to compare these Emerald Sabers to any saber you'd find in a store, these are on a whole other level. I have THE CHOSEN ONE CE and the other more common one found in stores and the difference between the two is striking. Thank you Ultrasabers, you've made this man very happy indeed. Cheers!
Ultrasabers always provides high quality beautifully crafted products at a good price. Every saber purchased has been flawless despite the ones that have av switches, as they don't function properly 100% of the time. Glad i decided to choose a standard switch on the sabers in this purchase, its simple and works every time, don't think i can ever go back to using av switches!

Ultrasabers.com itself is excellent. This was my first order from them, and I will definitely order more in the future. However, the Fedex shipping service they use was three days slower than stated at the time of ordering.
