I saw Ultrasabers at the recent "WonderCon" in Anaheim, California. They upgraded my saber to a tri-LED configuration (I forget it's official name) in about 15 minutes. Gave me new batteries, too! Love these guys and gals! They have great products and great customer service. I love my light saber

Fantastic product
The only thing that freaked me out is that if you are not there, the delivery guy will sign that its been delivered and dropped. Over all delivery was pushed back to when I was at work so when I got the notice it had been signed for and delivered I was having a mild panic attack.

Hello, i would recommend ultrasabers only after you are sure of your saber purchase and all details of purchase are explained in full before paying for it. Please realize that any claims of thorough quality checks,there is no perfect product. So order accordingly with the best options in your price range, i would not recommend a saber without a rechargeable battery set up as installing disposable batteries everyday can lead to problems, hopefully ultrasabers will allow this review to be posted.
