The booth was very busy all weekend. A different layout and more staff would have provided a better experience. People were reaching over each other to look at the products and it made it difficult to buy. Some of the staff could have been a bit more friendly as well. People were buying expensive products and some of the male staff looked like the couldn't have cared a less. When a person is spending $200 on "light sabre" maybe provide a little bit more of a cheery attitude towards your customers.

I waited years until I had the money to get one of these sabers, with almost all the bells and whistles (minus the option of easy-access recharge and change-color-on-the-fly add-on). It is an incredible piece of metal shop and tech. It delivers in areas that master replicas and hasbro came up short (understandably due to making them mass-market affordable). I didn't run through having it shipped as I acquired it through them directly while attending WonderCon in Anaheim, CA. So delivery was instant. They were gracious enough to allow a custom job to be ordered 15 minutes before close of the final day of the expo. Expos are not nice after close to either patrons or vendors, so this really meant a lot. The saber is battle ready, so the LED comes off as if it isn't bright enough, but this is due to the way the heavy battle ready blade is made and not the quality of the saber itself. If you have the money and have always wanted a professionally made lightsaber, then don't hesitate. Visit the site, ask questions, save up and get an functional art piece that will deliver you back to childhood, if for only a brief, yet priceless and memorable moment.
