Three sabers were ordered at the same time, two of the three had damages or problems with then when opened from the packaging. And based on the problems and the packaging during shipping, it seems those problems were prior to shipping and packaging. Very disappointing for something at this price point to not be quality checked before going out the door.
The weights are good, the product structurally seems very sound, but the fit & finish problems keep these products at the lowest level of show quality. Something that, in my opinion, is unacceptable for this cost.
I cant tell you how many times a day I'm on your site for the past few years just itching to buy my first saber. I'm finally doing it and now excited and cannot wait. Thank you.
Nice layout and plenty of options, but it would be even better with some black anodized parts for the lower-end, complete hilts as opposed to just all silver or all black. Very happy to suggest this site to others!

Lots of great options for customizations. Just had minor issues with the checkout process. Possibly more my issue than theirs. Overall satisfied with the whole process and the product itself.
I personally feel that descriptions on certain customization items should be more clearly explained. The difference between standard color, and emerald color. Other than that, excellent customization options and an easy checkout process.
The monarch just looked great on the site and in review videos but when I got mine I just wasn't impressed with it I expected more I guess
