I'm guessing Ultrasabers is a successful business model, but it could continue to improve.

The web page works, but could be better designed - easier to navigate, better organized, and aesthetically improved.

Once the order was complete shipping was super smooth - good communication with emails and deliver conformation.

Value feels about right - funny that most the money went into the sound card. I really wanted all the custom options of the V4 board. I was surprised that the software to convert sound files to the soundboard format (lsu converter) was not an updated/highlighted software option. Yes I got the converter by reading message boards and downloading launcher v.2.2.2. I hope to build some techno and video game sound fonts, and wanted to do this on my Mac, which appears to not be possible (PC it is).

I really like what Ultrasabers is doing, and glad to own one of their products. Based upon the durability of this unit, I'd like to buy another in the future with the best LED option. I'd also like to see continued improvement of all aspects of these items. More detailed hilts, parts, easier customization, more customization, cleaner interior build, and further improvement with sounds and lights (that I assume is always happening by nature of current technology).

I'm sure these units are priced where they need to be for sake of a business model - and the stunt sabers are clearly a great value. That being said, driving the price down for sabers with advanced sound and light options would make them more obtainable (realistically).

Over all I was thoroughly satisfied with the entire experience of selecting, ordering and receiving my Ultrasaber. My only nits to pick, and they are by no means grievances of any kind, would be:
1- That an basic instruction manual be shipped with the Ultrasaber. The paper that came with it did explain that there was too much info to include and referred me to your website for information, but still a basic manual that explained how to change batteries and how tight to make the torque screw for optimal performance without damaging the blade.
2-And perhaps this a matter of my expectations setting limitations and an overall issue with the color I chose for my blade, but I anticipated a darker/richer color for the blade as I was under the assumption that by not selecting the color disks the color would be richer overall. (I chose the purple blade color), perhaps a green, orange, blue, or red(primary colors), would indeed produce the richness that I desired as opposed to the blue/red L.E.D. Combination required for purple.

Again, other than those minor nits, upon receiving my Ultrasaber and opening the packaging I felt like a 10 year old child, harkened back to the release of Return of the Jedi and couldn't wait to play with it. Even going so far as to purchase cheap knock off light sabers at the store so I could make my 3 year old daughter duel with me.

Thank you very much for bringing out the child in me and making this experience enjoyable and without triggering any kind of buyers remorse.

I received my Graflex SE Diamond within a week of ordering it. It perfectly matched the specifications I chose. I'm very satisfied. The saber is gorgeous; the different fonts/sounds/colors that come with it are amazing. There's so much to do with it before I even hooked it up to my computer. This is not some cheap mockup, this thing is a sturdy piece, beautiful for actual dueling and just messing around with or showcasing. It's going to blow my friends away. Now I'm thinking of other blades to get for it, and in the near future will be looking into a Chosen One CE...
