I ordered the $75 mystery box and received a stunt Arbiter in blazing red with a silver AV switch. It was my first saber so I'm thrilled! And it arrived days sooner than I expected which was a great surprise. I've already recommended UltraSabers to several of my friends and family.
Very easy
I received my order in one week from ordering which was good. The diamond graflex ce I bought I'm very disappointed with. The sound does not work at all, the illuminated colour changing does not work at all, the flash on clash does not work at all and none of the commands work at all.
It basically just lights up a very faint blue and does nothing else at all. No sounds, no colour change, no pulsing none of the advertised effects its meant to.
I picked ultrasabers over a lot of other sabers makers that sell cheaper versions because on the website they look great and high quality.
My hasbro does more than this one.

This is by far one of the most easy companies to deal with, firstly; their customer service reps are always polite and quick to reply when needed, they helped me change an aspect of one of my orders and did so promptly without questions as a first time shopper with them (I have since bought three light-sabers, many parts and supplies with them in the last year!)
Which brings me to my second point; shipping speed. I live in Canada and with most international companies the wait can be rather long. With Ultrasabers I haven't had to wait more than a week and a half to get my product and most of that is customs clearance time. They provide a number of shipping options and tracking (which is always welcome when you spend a lot on a luxury item)
Third; price and quality. Very reasonable when compared to their competitors and often provide a superior product. All in all, I would recommend them as a first light-saber purchase for anyone and that should convince you to be a second and onward purchase from them.
I got a mysterybox from the booth at RTX. The only thing that could have improved it was if I'd gotten a saber with sound!
A bit girthier then I expected, also the batteries can rattle out in fierce combat.

The lightsaber works and I'm very happy with the color. Not happy with the nicks, scratches and streaks along the hilt and blade that I did not put there.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
