Tried using paypal several times and it kept giving an error message to select a payment method. Frustrating. This is my 6th saber order (oddly have only gotten green or orange blades for all of them...) and so far, this was the first difficulty I've had. I also am not sure if I was logged in to get my reward points. There's no way for me to tell when looking at the website.

The product was handled very poorly, no box was provided saber was not bubble wrapped either. Upon receiving the saber I inspected it. I found two scratches on the hilt. The staff did remove the scratches correcting the issue. I later found the blade seemed Scratched as well as if it had been used. The saber looked like it wss put together with used parts. The sabers on display appeared to be in better shape. I was very dissatisfied how something thst expensive was handled thst way. I also specifically said that i wanted artic blue and got guardian blue instead.
