The products are great and are used as intended however after just a few round with my $600 fulcrum saber a part fell off and the charger port I paid for just straight up never worked to begin with.
Most of the products I've purchased for my friends have absolutely no issues it just sucks that the one I purchased for myself has these problems

My lightsaber is awesome! I got one of the mystery boxes at SLC Comic Con and I love it! My only complaint is that I wish it wasn't so expensive to upgrade the sound, but it's still amazing!
