So far so good. I like the look of the Sabers and am hoping my convention attendees will bid high at the auction they will be used for.

Ultrasabers makes some outstanding products. The Archon V3.1 is beautiful. My order showed up quickly and correct.

The checkout is confusing (so many options and you can't just select "rechargeable" or not - even my husband who is an electrical engineer found it confusing). After I went through the PayPal authentication, it still asked me to select a payment method. I wasn't even sure if the order was placed, or if it was placed multiple times.
Delivery was a bit delayed due to a huge hurricane, which is more than understandable. After a few months, a battery wire came loose and Ultrasabers repaired it under warranty. My son is very pleased with the quality of his saber and constantly compares it to others we see in stores.

There are typos / confusing verbiage at the end of the checkout process about having to fill out a form after purchasing. Everything other than that was fine

Although initial checkout was a little confusing, this can be chalked up to the fact that this was my first order from Ultrasabers. The package arrived in a timely manner, even faster than I was told to expect. The shipping packaging itself was good, providing a solid container for the lightsaber. Ultrasabers has definitely earned my business.

Really great. But i do think there should be an illuminated a/v switch for all hilts.
